Game gives a 'sent you a code' block, no code sent, same thing as a couple weeks ago.

    I think on the 4th try it finally sent a code. By then I'd given up and quit without checking. When I went back to try to use it, it wouldn't take it. But got another code.

    Then after logging in, in the *same session*, I log out and back in in a second account, demands a new code, no code sent.

    Did you try just completely ignoring the message on your screen and manually typing in the password carefully?

    Because this same stupid bug keeps coming around and around over and over again.. its getting kinda sad.

    Sometimes I'll run into that bug too. It happens when a password is mistyped.

    It was when I entered the password that the popup demanded a code.

    Password wasn't mistyped, it said device had a new IP address.
