Today Im joining your group also. Says access code sent, no access code arrived. Cant login to account on ESO home page either.

I already thought my account was hacked. I hope it is not and its just ESO internal issue.

Currently experiencing this same issue. I thought I was hacked and went into full blown recovery mode and started resetting all of my emails.

I'm not receiving an access code to my email.

I'm having the same issues logging in as everyone else. Re-entering my password after closing the Access Code window just brings up the Access Code window again, and resets the cooldown time back to 24 hours. I've still not received any sign of an email regarding this issue.

I don't understand why we still can't put our own authenticator on our accounts like every other game and every other service does. That way we can circumvent this nuisance I get all the time when I did windows updates, changed gfx drivers or a firmware update.

I also had to change my e-mailadres for ESO because they are never deliverd on @iCloud.com adresses because their mailserver config policies aren't like they should be. Probably DMARC and DKIM records that are wrongly configured.

Yes, same as yesterday with the Access Code pop up, but this time cancelling it doesn't help. Nor does exiting the game and launcher and starting again.

IMO account server is down or inaccessible. This secure code form pops up even when I enter 1 character for a password.

Same here, but I went through process to rest my password and now my account seems locked. I checked the forums 1st but there were no others reporting the same issue yet. On trying to change my password, you get asked a secret question link. This redirects depending on browser language settings of the ESO home page. Mine was in FR. This did not work.

Changed language to en-us. Got and answered the secret question page. Then - nothing. No error, just went back to create account screen.

Think my account is in nomans land now or locked and created a support ticket -- seems there are already more than 1000 tickets for today - support will be inundated.

ESO SUBSCRIBERS - ANY DAY WE CANNOT LOGIN we must get reimbursed pro rata or equivalent compensation

Hey all,

On the off chance someone with decision making power reads this, I would like to suggest giving us proper MFA options, not just sending a code by email, but letting us use an app on our phones to generate a code, or the option to use windows hello / fido USB key, that way at least we don't need to wait for these emails that take 5eva to arrive, even normally!

I went to the website and tried to do a password reset.

It advised an e-mail was sent, no e-mail found.

I did a password reset for the Forums as I couldn't remember the one I had for here.

E-mail was received.

Edit: I tried to log in via steam (I usually use the launcher) which does an auto login. It gave me an unexpected internal error.
Edit 2: I went to try and grab a screen shot of the error and was able to log in. Tried the launcher, was able to as well.
Looks like it may be resolved.

Happened to me too! I like to do my dailies before work and this was really concerning when nothing was sent to my email and I was unable to log in
