Right now it is only possible to gift one crate bundle at a time, meaning if want to get the 15-crates-bundle 4 times, the person who will gift it to me has to submit 4 seperate tickets.
Tickets get deleted as duplicates though, so we have to submit 1 ticket, then wait for several days, then create the next ticket, etc.. This makes the process harder for everyone, including the people at zos, so please change this system and make it so that we can gift several packs with one ticket @ZOS_Kevin
In addition to that, tickets can also be deleted as duplicates if there are different recipients - someone tried to gift me the 25-crates-bundle, and wanted to gift another player the same bundle - both tickets got deleted for being 'duplicates', which doesn't make any sense. It just creates more work for everyone.
The person they're talking about tried to gift the bundle to two separate people, not the same person.iPlayOnlyESO wrote: »Right now it is only possible to gift one crate bundle at a time, meaning if want to get the 15-crates-bundle 4 times, the person who will gift it to me has to submit 4 seperate tickets.

Someone told me you can get 25crates+polymorph bundle only for 1 time for 1 account.
the current fraudulent behavior issue related to Crown Crate gifting
@Zalathorm / @spartan62893_ESO , so you both went through the process at help.elderscrollsonline.com, asked for one crate pack to be gifted to someone and this was the response?
Or what did you request?
Just trying to figure out whether it is safe to make that sort of request again without being banned or something.
EDIT: Maybe it was the "intended specifically for those who want to gift Crown Crates to friends and guildmates on the same megaserver platforms" thing that bugged them?
So the minimum turn-around time is 48hrs. It could be a bit longer based on volume. This is to ensure our teams have enough time to get to everyone's requests without falling behind, as real people are going through these to execute the transaction.

Will they also facilitate crown sales? As in they will deduct the coin from the person you want to gift and give it to you? Or do you just have to hope the person is trustworthy as you wait for days?
The program currently is specific to crown crate gifting. So sadly, no facilitating crown sales right now.
But crown crate gifting is a major source of crown sales. I would estimate that 90% of the items I purchase from other palyers is crown crates. These are not separate things. There is a lot of overlap. Could you please pass on that information, as I'm very interested in that functionality as a crown buyer. This is the vast majority of my crown "gifts," and the way I have obtained many of my crate items.

I would estimate that 0% of the items I purchase from other players is crown crates, and I have purchased roughly 250k crowns worth. By your logic, we should extrapolate my example to everyone. Just saying.

Really curious to hear whether anyone has successfully completed a transaction with the new system?

I had a guildmate that they did and had an easy time. I'm guessing that it depends on who sees it as there seems to be confusion among the cs team about the matter.

Well that's nice to hear at least! Which server, out of curiosity?
My status is this and I hope posting this doesn't come off as me breaking forum rules or coming about this sideways because I am genuinely looking to get this resolved, nothing more.
Basically I asked for a total of Crowns to be sent to someone who actually happens to be a friend of mine. He also agreed to give me some in-game gold for them because he's a righteous dude. But what's weird is none of this was mentioned in the original ticket I just said we had an arrangement where I wanted to give him x amount of Crowns. This trigged the TOS message.
And here we are. Now, normally I might close the ticket but there is an issue here. Why do they auto-assume I intend to break TOS because I had some arrangement to give my friend x amount of Crates? Like why does that even matter. How can they tell whether or not you know... They can't. So whoever looked at this ticket, just assumed I was breaking TOS which is a problem in and of itself.
Secondly, I know this has been beaten to death but since Gina's post in 2018 they have been kind enough to permit us to receive gold for Crates. Is that no longer the case? They are welcome to check my account as I've never done any of the bad things that others did which got us into this mess. But eventually if Crown Crate gifting was to be restored my friend would have already had this crates and this would be a non-issue.
So why make an issue out of it? Why assume so many of us intend to break TOS? That's not very nice to make customers abiding by the rules included in with the real problem. Which yes I know what that was but neither myself and many others have anything to do with those folks.

No one I know will do this... More to the point. There are so many posts in Discord about fraudulent activities with the trading, that no one wants to risk losing there crowns or gold. Even offering gold upfront, people are telling you to not to because ZOS will not back it up.
