Playing overland solo/cooperatively on PC EU and NA I don't have any issue with bugs.
I just hope ZOS understand that when it comes to other things that they think there might be a big demand for, what is a Quality of Life improvement for one person may be a game-breaking change for someone else so that any such changes should always involve options with a toggle switch.
I'd hope to see such an option for disabling the Arcanists' visual effects long before Q3 of course!
This right here. As far as QoL, the only thing I'm really wanting is the "super" attunable crafting stations.

They said it was coming soon almost 3 months ago. Pardon us if we don't take ZoS at their word.
Actually I just remembered my current biggest gripes.
Lack of RP realms (I've given up on ever getting these honestly, the rest of community seems ardently against it because they have a fundamental misunderstanding of what a megaserver is and think a place for RPers is a threat to that).
And prologue quests.
It'd be nice if they made prologue quests only startable via the store or some adventurer's guild in Craglorn. Out of the way of new players.

Yes to all the above, particularly since these vfx actually induce negative physical symptoms in some players.Toggle options for:
> Hide other players pets (both combat pets like matriarch and non-combat pets)
> Hide own buff/debuff vfx
> Hide other players skill vfx (arcanist crux and heal rings, etc)
> Hide lingering ground vfx (e.g. templar stuff, warden heal fields, arcanist ugly green pool of snot)
> Display other players mount as either a basic version or replace them with a default horse
> Hide weapon/armor vfx
Give players the choice what they want to see instead of forcing us to look at the glowing stuff if we don't like it. Having it as client side toggle would the correct way.

@Vrienda isn't that in housing no or everyone knows the rift is best at it.

@FeedbackOnly Housing's not good enough and I'm on EU so the Rift is empty. I want to see actual RP out in the world like I do in WoW. Not locked away in guilds and houses.

Cannot mount in combat needs to go.

Doesn't help the problem. Did you know it used to be a extremly common problem in trials, but this got fixed because people gave information when it actually happened.
It used to be the normal in hof, but pet issue on doors was fixed, along with first boss not being to rez after dying. The devs aren't gods. Bugs are fixed by pointing out when and why things happen.
