Fix the dungeon finder. This seems to be gaining more and more bugs as time goes on. Too many little problems to list, but they have all been reported.
Fix the Necrom introduced "unable to interact" with things for a few seconds after combat ends. This is a weird one since it is not every time, but often enough to be annoying,

Doesn't help the problem. Did you know it used to be a extremly common problem in trials, but this got fixed because people gave information when it actually happened.
It used to be the normal in hof, but pet issue on doors was fixed, along with first boss not being to rez after dying. The devs aren't gods. Bugs are fixed by pointing out when and why things happen.
This has been an issue for nine years now. There is no more information that we can give them that they don't already know. And for the record they have stated that they know what causes it and that it was 'complex' and would be tricky to fix and would take some time. That was years ago.
But to satiate your curiosity with the previous questions: It happens when you start a fight with another player in Cyrodiil. Death of one or both parties reduces the chances of it happening. One or both parties not dying pretty much guarantees it will happen. It can be solo or grouped. You can be any distance from combat up-to-and-including the opposite side of the map. It can last anywhere from thirty seconds to indefinitely. But as Levar Burton would be known to say, don't take my word for it! Go hop in there and try it out for yourself. It's not difficult to reproduce. You don't even have to try.
Are you in a group?
I die in cydrolli without getting stuck in combat. It's not a constant issue.

What are your dreams for it.
Is it capes or something more practical?
Will people ever let Capes go...

Much of the time in MMO's you are seeing your character from behind. Frequently, the visual of armor from behind isn't that great. Capes on the other hand look pretty cool and cover them up. However, because nowadays developers like putting more effort into realism with them than they did in the past the performance cost is probably too high to be worth it.
Personally, I have good memories of using a cloak from LOTRO but, I get why they aren't going to happen here.

It's not just that - in every game I've played where cloaks have been part of the gearsets (including Skyrim, with cloak mods) the clipping is horrible. Can you imagine the clipping with back flaps and tassets, hair and weapons?
Toggle options for:
> Hide other players pets (both combat pets like matriarch and non-combat pets)
> Hide own buff/debuff vfx
> Hide other players skill vfx (arcanist crux and heal rings, etc)
> Hide lingering ground vfx (e.g. templar stuff, warden heal fields, arcanist ugly green pool of snot)
> Display other players mount as either a basic version or replace them with a default horse
> Hide weapon/armor vfx
Give players the choice what they want to see instead of forcing us to look at the glowing stuff if we don't like it. Having it as client side toggle would the correct way.

You realize it's impossible to tell in text without an emoji or something, right?
The dungeon queue being fixed. That's all I ask for.
