    Lol. My friend who pre-ordered the normal edition can pretty much say good bye to their day 1 of "early access", since "scheduled" maintenance obviously will go on until tonight and she wasn't able to log on today. Well played.

    I hate to be this way but this sort of stuff happens. Relax, I know I want to be playing right now too. Trust me they are working as hard as they can on these issues. ( I say this because there is a ton of money at stake for them)

    Also, if you know any 6th graders who can code on a level competent enough to working for a major game developer, well color me impressed.

    I'm a big fan of green :) I can tell you from experience (I've worked a service desk for 4 years) for them not to be responding in a timely manner means they are slammed with individual tickets. So if you're submitting ticket to via email support, you will see the auto response and hopefully within a few hours an actual inquiry into your issue.

    We are aware of the "login information is incorrect" issue and are currently investigating. As we work to isolate the issue,please ensure that you are able to log into account.elderscrollsonline.com using the same credentials (that way we can figure out if this is only occurring with attempts to log into the game itself).

    Okay, so yes I have the same login is incorrect error as described numerous times above. Essentially around 4am yesterday (after like 12+Hours of play) I was suddenly kicked out/dropped/disconnected with no warning out of game and this is when the error essentially began.

    Yes I have logged in and can login to the account.elderscrollonline.com site just fine, yes I have reset my password, yes I have done a full repair of my client just to be sure it was not some client error, and finally yes I submitted a help ticket via call center and have not heard back yet in either e-mail or by phone to resolve the issue (wait time was listed as 1 hour at the time I made the ticket, and that time has long since gone by with no word.)

    So there I am, I like many others am getting deeply fusturated with the login issues with the game. My time zone is eastern US. Would love to know when you guys officially recognize this as an issue and your estimated fix timeframe.

    I played the last two days and it was fine, can't log in at all day and I'm not sure what's worse not able to login or no one on the other side is responsive.

    That is essentially the problem, no form of admin address has occured besides the comment I quoted from this very thread. It is the not having a clue WTF is up that is fusturating those of us with this login issue.

    I just dropped Amelia a pm also. Her reply is on page one of this thread and is actually like 5 hours old.

    OK so not a suspension issue then, which I'm happy about ... so after supplying all the asked for account information (which was available from the supplied email to begin with, which was mistyped back to my correct email address) ....

    Guys and gals this is a paid service, we are customers and 'convenience' doesn't really apply - you have offered a product, and have accepted money for your product, that makes it a business transaction with obligation, not a 'convenience'. I understand that issues arise, particularly at launch, but there are people on the forums that have had this issue ongoing for a number of days now, which is leading to a lack of confidence in your product. In this age of digital media, you cannot afford to allow issues like this or it -WILL- affect your bottom line at the end of the next financial report. As a secondary note, not only am I (among others) unable to participate in the services that I have paid for in full already, the fact that the issue is such a basic first line account management issue (that has been ongoing for -DAYS- now not even diagnosed) gives me very little confidence in the security of my account for the future, or that customer satisfaction rates very highly at all on the ZOS priority scale.

    I logged out this afternoon for about ten minutes, and went to log back in and received the same error. This is unfortunate, but I'm sure they are working to remedy the situation as quickly as possible and look forward to getting back in-game. I give the team credit, especially with the amount of reports they are having to deal with. Although this is frustrating for many of us, I urge everyone to stay positive as possible, and hold the pitchforks, because quit frankly they will fix it when the can.

    Just to update you all.

    Essentially it took almost 6 hours for the help center to reply back to me on this issue when I reported the problem. (Again remember the estimated wait time for a call response which still has not come was listed at 1 hour.) Here is the reply....

    Sorry your having this error it is occurring due to the large volume of logins. The issue should be resolved relatively soon. We recommend attempting to log in to the game again after a period of around 10 or 20 minutes.

    Now this just is disrespectful, it really completely ignores what I told them, which was pretty much that after 12 hours of gaming I was forcibly disconnected from the server at 4 am in the monring on april 1st and have not been able to get past the login error since, at the time of the help center message I sent them for which the above was the reply... I had been locked out with the login error for 12 freakin hours....

    So ZOS, I am not certain what you guys are trying to comunicate but the jovial in character response of try again in 10 to 20 minutes considering the fact I could not log in for 10 to 12 freakin hours comes across rather uncaring, a canned response at best. I mean if a guy reports they had been trying to login for 10-12 hours and you ignore all that and say try again in 10 minutes, it is a slap in the face, disrespectful at best.

    So PLEASE respond, let me know if anyone is really even working to resolve this issue for me and the others... The server is down this morning, so I am waiting to try yet again, but right now it is 30+ hours and counting from my last login success.

    I never reported any gold sellers I just ignored them (often with difficulty due to the way they could abuse the chat to disguise and hide their names via spacing and such)... Infact I find it funny the thread you linked the next post was a guy claiming all he did was "report" superman for gold selling, when infact it was not superman doing the spamming it just looked like it was, again clever use of a macro to spam gold selling, I think the fools name was ggatcom or something simmilar.

    Further there is zero indication I am banned in anyway, as I posted above the e-mail I got from my response said to try to keep logging in after 10-20 minutes, not that I was banned.

    So in short no, the issue is NOT solved.

    I had this issue on the first day of 5 day early access but it was resolved within maybe 6 hours or so. I've played since then but tonight I can no longer login again and I'm only showing up as Beta Access on my account, so it's still happening apparently.
