Login Incorrect...

Was playing last night, login this morning and I can not.

"Login Information Incorrect"

So far I have tried.....

- Firewall is disabled
- Anti-Virus is disabled
- 5 Day early access on account
- Changed password
- Deleted "ProgramData" in ESOLauncher Folder
- Set Launcher to run as Administrator.
- Disabled services NOT Microsoft and run as selective start-up.

I am out of ideas?

Can someone confirm the above Versions please...

NOTHING has changed on my PC.

Currently Downloading client again BUT I really don't think that will do it.

I remember that if you put your log-in incorrectly too many times it locks you out.
It is not doing that.

    But then I can't even log in to my account on the site to get started with the 3-day headstart.
    Nothing at all happens when I click "Sign In", regardless of browser or platform.

    Looks like they busted something between the 5 and 3 day authentication...

    Coincidence this starts as 3 day access starts ??

    login screwed + 1. additionally, in order to post this I had to log into the site using my password from 2 passwords ago. Looks like account server is screwed, and Aussie primetime ESO right along with it :(

    I think this is complete bologna! They see a lot of users having this issue, yet they don't try to solve this. We basically preordered this for nothing. Man, I can't wait till April 4th when the rest of the buyers come in. JUDGEMENT DAY! The server is going to be so overloaded that we won't be able to play. I'm starting to rethink paying 15$ a month for a game that I won't be able to play on a consistent basis.

    Well they have 1 moth with free access that came with purchase to sort it out.

    Then we will see. But coming from PTS I don't like how many issues are still not fixed. But I will cut some slack. Not many MMO releases go smooth.

    BUT for a Pay2Play they best be up to the mark. THAT is a lot of money they are sucking in..

    At this moment, I am definitely not paying 15$ a month. I'll go back to WOW if I have to since I never had a problem there. I just saw the gameplay and saw great potential, so I decided to switch over. IMO, they should have waited to perfect the game before releasing it. Right now, I feel like a guinea pig that just paid 80$ to be tested on and soon to be more. If I would have known about this, I wouldn't have gotten the Imperial package. Heck, I would have tried WildStar before this. Lets just pray this gets fixed by the time I get back from work because I am going to want to kick some butt later.

    i can`t log in , having the same damn problem "log in information is incorect " but i can log in on the website with the exact info.. also changed my password 3 times, still same problem, i contacted the customer support and their answer is try again....................................................................

    All you can do is take a break, come back in a few hours and hopefully it's been sorted out. Super disappointed, not been able to play at all today :/

    Well This is the official support response...

    "This error is occurring due to the large volume of logins. The issue should be resolved relatively soon. We recommend attempting to log in to the game again after a period of around 10 minutes. "

    We had stress tests to combat this. ;-)

    Been trying for 4 Hours.. Nevermind 10 minutes

    Time to dispute charge for this game. The people running the show hired a bunch of 2nd graders, who know how to copy and paste only to do tech support. Hire some nerds goddamnit, not 2nd graders

    Regards the browser. Try a different one or make sure nothing like popup blockers are running, ghostery, adblock and so on or you can add the site to their respective white-lists. If you don't know what any of those are then chances are you don't have them.

    Regards login issues. I'm not sure, sorry.

    That could explain a little ... I had some unpleasant things to say in general chat to gold spammers ... how ironic, it's possible that a gold seller reported ME for being a bit of an *** in general chat ... well ...

    BUT they ban legitimate players.. I have been PTS testing for months... I hate gold sellers...

    Same thing happening to me ''Info is incorrect'' Yet I've changed passwords multiple times and each time, it works on their homepage, but not to logg into the game...No answer from email either...This is frustrating. They NEED to fix this, it's a huge issue since we're being promised ''Early access!'' Yet we cannot play?..Wth. As people before, I could play for maybe a day and a half, then I leave for an hour and try to logg back in and get the issue, and it's been like that now for...a day, and I get ''In order to assist you I will need to escalate your issue to another department.
    They will reply to you soon.'' And it's been like..10 hours..yeah..''Soon'' lol xD Bah

    SO Zenimax is banning players that are fighting the Gold sellers.

    its logging into the game for sure. i can get on the web site and account info there. as i post this i am logged on the web site. but the game is telling me i have incorrect account info. waited like a nice guy for 2 days. now i think we are all a little pissed. pls fix quickly. ty.

    Yeah, seems to work for everyone to logg into their accounts on the ESO homepage. Same thing with me. Can't logg into the game, but loggin into the account on ESO homepage works fine.
