The last boss has a certain tactic to it, I think. The tank is always turned into a skeleton and rendered defenseless. the others need to protect the tank by fighting off the smaller skeletons. Once the tank returns to normal, he can get the attention again. You need to do it in waves. Don't be greedy when fighting this boss.
To be honest, I think the First mate Wavecutter is so much more of a hassle. Her magic attacks are incredibly overpowered."Every insult and every slight must be repayed in kind.''0 -

It's not always the tank. I've done the dungeon 3 times, the healer was turned on 2 of those times (which is why I always have my off-heals ready) and I was turned once as a DPS.
