Had been playing one of my DC characters the other day in Rivenspire. It was while I was doing Rivenspire's main questline that I came to a ridiculous conclusion...

I needed Verandis!






(Despite his character name being Calcelmar... I didn't think I could get away with naming him Verandis).
(Also he's pretty low lvl which is why his Breton robes aren't what they should be).

I hope he looks enough like him.. I was worried I made the eyes and facials wrong... you pretty much have to guess everything.

I've actually seen a few characters running around who look a lot like Verandis, I've had to do a double-take a few times. This is the best I've seen though .

I've only got one character who I'm happy with in terms of appearance at the moment (hanging out for the Barbershop for two of them), might take some screenshots and post her later.

This is my Dragonknight, Faarawae. She's currently my lowest-level character at 46, but she's my main pvp character because being a dps in Cyrodiil is too mainstream .



Faarawae is pronounced like "far away" - I was sick of Argonians having all the fun with names which said something about themselves, so I tried to use Altmer naming conventions to do that for her in a lore-friendly kind of way. She's from Firsthold in Auridon, and originally trained as an alchemist before she was fired by her teacher for lacking punctuality, organisational skills and for generally day-dreaming on the job (hence the name, she's "far away and off with the fairies").

Working as a Queen's Eye and campaigning in Cyrodiil have taught her a lot about focus and combat, but off-duty her mind still wanders a lot .

Thank you! For some reason her character screen didn't screenshot so I had to improvise a little with the pictures, and I thought telling a little bit of her backstory would help explain the logic in her name .

Emely is actually my third character... well the third character that I brought to endgame at least. I already had a NB and Sorc at this point, and wanted a DK tank so I could do more than just dps for daily pledges. I was going to make a stereotypical man-mountain badass looking dude for the job, but then decided it would be cool to make the prettiest, sweetest and most elegant girl I could, and then have her surprise people when she dives into the heart of danger and emerge unscathed. I called her "Shieldbearer" to because 1) I expected her to use a shield most of the time and 2) I pictured her as a "shieldmaiden" type character.

As it happens I ended up making her a dps character as well (hence the bow) because I don't do undaunted pledges much these days and tanks are pretty useless for PvP. I'll make her a proper tank eventually...
