Mass Hysteria bugged?

I followed the tank club recommendation to use Mass Hysteria on a Nightblade tank. I pull NPC`s in using Void Bash set then use the said skill and most of the time it does not work. WHEN it does I use puncture on each one to get taunt. Is there something i`m missing like they all have to be looking at me for the skill to apply it`s fear?

Void Bash applies CC immunity to whatever it pulls. Shouldn't that prevent you from fearing the mobs affected?

Correct. Fear does not work while cc immunity is active.

Great, now I will find another way to snare the groups that I pull so I can have more time to stab and taunt them. Thanks everyone!

Razor Caltrops? Unfortunately, CC isn't really NBs forte; more DK and Sorc

Using something like rushing agony which doesn't apply CC immunity works. That's the combo I'm using on my stamblade DD to group stuff and CC them (ofc with approval of the tank).

You should be able to soft taunt stuff with ice staff and then CC them when they're nearby.

I know of a set (can`t remember the name) that will taunt, I may give that one a try as well. Thanks for the info on Rush of Agony.
