Wayward Guardian daily quest share

Recently, the game was patched to allow players to share the Wayward Guardian daily quest, even with players that don't have the appropriate zone quests completed. However, even though they the quest can be shared now, there are a couple of the Wayward Guardian quests that are unable to be completed UNTIL certain Reach zone quests are completed first.
  •  Defenders of the Reach - Requires the player to travel to Nchuand-Zel, which doesn't get unlocked until completing the quest A Feast of Souls
  • To Burn Away Evil - Requires the player to travel to Bthar-Zel, which doesn't get unlocked until completing the quest Blood of the Reach.

Several of the Wayward Guardian quests are fine because they utilize common areas with no restrictions. But these two are annoying because of the limited access someone has who hasn't completed any zone quests in the first place; which I thought was the point of opening up the Wayward Guardian quests to share with players that haven't unlocked it yet. Can we open Nchuand-Zel and Bthar-Zel to the general public?

Also, attempting to access Nchuand-Zel and Bthar-Zel from Blackreach did not work.

Is the quest giver even there for characters who haven't finished the year story epilogue quests? If not, players would be stuck with a quest they can't complete.

No, he is not here. Ardanir show himself after completing Reach story. It is the same as prologe dailies, you can share it, you can make it but you can't deliver it until you complete its prologue XD
So if you want to do Ardanir's quests, complete the Reach. I can do his quests only on one toon and i am ok with that.

That quests can be shared for very long time. And you answered yourself, they can't be completed because Ardanir shows only after you complete the story. So if you open areas for all they still CAN'T complete the shared quest.

Why? Why to open when you will have unlocked it during the story?

Nchuand-Zel -> "A Feast of Souls" STORY quest (FINAL QUEST).
Bthar-Zel -> "The Blood of the Reach" STORY quest (SECOND QUEST)
"Ardanir is a Reachman daily questgiver that becomes available after completion of A Feast of Souls." quote from UESP...
So again, why to open that areas when ppl still NEED to do whole STORY to unlock Ardanir the wayward quest giver? You can share quests yes but if you will share to someone who didn't completed the STORY, that person will BE STUCK in delivery because Ardanir will not be at Markarth.
Is the same as with Cyrodiilic Collection dailies. You can share it, you can make it BUT if you don't have completed prologue, you can't deliver it.

This is where you are mistaken. They changed it so that sharing the Wayward Guardian quest with someone who has not yet completed ANY Reach quests will still allow Ardanir to become interactable!

      • You can now see the quest turn-in NPC for Wayward Guardian dailies if they are shared with you before you can technically unlock these dailies.

So now, for instance, you can share the The Lost Shrine Wayward Guardian daily with a friend who has not completed ANY quests in The Reach. They can travel to Lost Valley Redoubt and cleanse the shrine. Then, when they return to Markarth, Ardanir will be there for them to turn in the quest!

My issue is that even after they implemented this improvement, there are still 2 Wayward Guardian quests that, while sharable, are incompletable because they require special area access. Those 2 quests need to be non-sharable specifically OR they need to open Nchuand-Zel and Bthar-Zel to players who have the daily quest

Then I agree with you... Lets then make this areas accessible OR revert that changes...
