Has anyone else noticed random NPCs in the game occasionally having marks on them? It seems to be completely at random and I've seen it twice now. A neutral druid NPC in Galen had the "skull" marker above them and a guard NPC inside Castle Brindle's inner keep, in Cyrodiil, had the "orange triangle" above them. I wasn't in a group either time I saw this and I wasn't using the marker system myself. They stood out because you can see the markers through the terrain.

wookiefriseur✭✭✭✭I once saw a triangle on a lvl 1 crawler in Grahtwood. And lvl 1 creatues can't be marked by players. Was on patch day and I didn't know the system yet or else I would have tested putting the triangle on myself, to see what happens to the other marker.
