I remember someone said on the PTS you could choose whether to have companions ride their own mount or ride behind you on the two person mount, but now I'm seeing some people say companions can't ride with you.
It's too expensive for me either way though.

There's an option in the settings you can change to have your companions ride with you on a group mount or have them ride their own mount.

The equine equivalent of a limo! Or something that escaped an Umbrella Corp secret lab.... Possibly both.

If I was at the PC i could have gone wild on it and had a 12 manRaid/Cyrodiil mass transit version XD
But there still seems to be hope, the Wayrest Vanner Pillion Steed has (at least in the picture) almost normal hind legs!

I see nothing wrong here.Well, it's not the only animal on Nirn that seems a bit wrong...
Just saw the price and balked. I'll get it eventually though. Don't really care what it looks like.
I'm going to wait until it goes on sale. No way am I spending $40 on a mount...
Hopefully the "Dwarven-automobile" will be better...
I wish...
I wish that the developers would just try to play Red Dead Redemption II and spend most of their time studying how their horses move and look.
I grew up on a Ranch in Texas and they pretty well nailed it.
Look at it like this ZoS...you will sell a metric ton of crates if you did.
The only thing Red Dead didn't get right about horses was the constant poop animation which was way off (animation was fine but horses don't poop every 5 mins lol). Even the Mules in RDR2 look amazing.
