Wavek✭✭✭Cant login on the ESO account page to attempt to claim this. It never goes after submitting user/pass. I do get the usual email with the login code but the page isnt loading to put the code in.1 -

Are there regional restrictions for German Amazon accounts and the ESO account? My accounts are both German accounts but when I want to link them together Amazon redirects me to American verification which doesn't work.

I had the same problem for some reason. I deleted all cookies and changed the password (to the same as before), then it worked. Not sure what was happening there.0 -

However, I got no emails, received nothing in game, and I am not sure where on Amazon Prime Gaming to look at previously claimed rewards. I claimed right before the login problems. The worst part is when it finally puts you in a group, your healer turns into a werewolf, your tank has 14k HP and the dps is heavy armor, using a restro staff and a two handed sword on the backbar. Then comes the 15 minute penalty before the cycle starts anew.

As per your instructions, we added me to my wife's account (the family option), but it said that it had already been claimed, I am therefore not eligible to claim the pack... my wife claimed it first (she is quicker than I am)Of all the things I have lost, I miss my mind the most...0 -

Kyrtra✭✭I claimed it on twitch ( shows as accounts linked, etc.) then tried to log in eso and could not log in. Now when I log after everything is sorted I don't get any notifications, no mails etc. Logged out and logged back in as someone suggested in this thread and still no notifications. I guess I will wait till tomorrow and if it hasn't arrived by then I will contact support.1 -
