    No, can almost guarantee they are putting thought into it. The problem with providing accurate time estimates can be found in understanding the difficulty of troubleshooting complex systems.

    Sounds good. I have a lot of different loose teas because I have tea almost every late afternoon or early evening. I don't have any scones or other treats to go with it though.

    Always better to promise longer and get it done early, not the other way around. But, yeah, the longer the game is up, more likely something weird will happen.

    ....it's really broken this time isn't it.

    For a variety of reasons, these major unanticipated downtimes are now a much more frequent occurrence for ESO. I've been here since release and it's never been as bad as the past 5-6 months. Something big seems to significantly break the game or servers every month or so requiring massive downtimes.

    If this keeps up I'll be past the point of caring and just move on to another game or other distraction for my attention.

    I am glad Gina is keeping us updated, but geez I'm beginning to fear this downtime could go well past 24 hours into tomorrow and possibly involve loss of character information and\or server rollbacks.

    I'm concerned about the reference to mail as part of the issue. I retrieved the items from the pre-order mail, but due to other ui issues was never able to confirm if received the items/collection updates before server was down. Hopefully not an issue.

    I've never read it, but I know enough about Terms of Service that I would be surprised if it was not in there. The Terms of Service are designed by a lawyer to protect them from lawsuits. So, if that was not in there, it would be considered negligent by those who designed the Terms of Service.

    Sadly when this is finally over with my desktop will still reset with every log out and my system fans will go paws up with every log out. We've only been waiting months for a fix of "the system intrusion" issues.....

    Will miss daily login reward on one of my accounts also I think.

    Whilst I understand these things happen and I am not all "raaar, compensation", I do think it would be a good idea for Zenimax to redo the rest of the login rewards this month so no-one misses out on any as a result of this - just combine the last 2 rewards into one and give it a day early and no-one will either miss anything or (if they were able to log in today) get anything extra.
