Creepiest place in ESO

Traveling around Tamriel (and Deadlands) I have encountered a few creepy and downright disturbing places (the The Manor Of Revelry comes to mind) So I want to know what is the creepiest place you have found in ESO, especially with (but not limited to) the Blackwood expansion.

lets keep it positive please, this one is just for fun and there are no right or wrong answers on the subject.

The spider tunnels in Cradle of Shadows. Everyone tries to run through them as fast as possible. Stop when you're in there, close your eyes, and listen...some of the creepiest sounds in the game, imo!

Blackreach: Arkthzand Cavern before the change in the ambient music that played.

When the music was the super creepy gothic Greymoor delve music it sold the location perfectly! It was so creepy and awesome I'd camp out there from time to time, but then one patch they changed the music to be the music that plays in zones like Murkmire's delves, some dungeons, and the like. Completely ruined the creepy feeling for me. :heartbreak:

    edit: found the song.

I don't know if it counts as a "place" but i've got scared in eso twice so far:(spoiler alert)

1- somewhere in the rivenspire storyline you get to a creepy manor to talk to somebody and there were also a bunch of lifeless npcs there. After talking with that npc, you will turn around and see all these npcs are now standing infront of you with a very creepy pose that reminded me of the ending of "hereditary" movie and that movie is the scariest movie that i've seen.

2- in deshaan storyline you will reach a quest and in that quest you will go through some portals to see the backstory of the main baddy. In one of them she is talking to boethiah and after she finishes, she will turn around looking at you and says: "i can see you" or something like that and it caught me offguard.

From the quests and stuff I've done so far I'd probably say Doomcrag. The whole area surrounding it has this super creepy ambiance in subtle noises and sounds that play every so often. Was legit creeped out when it first happened and I didn't realize what was causing it.
    Character List [RP and PvE]:
Stands-Against-Death: Argonian Magplar Healer - Crafter
Krisiel: Redguard Stamsorc DPS - Literally crazy Werewolf, no like legit insane. She nuts
Kiju Veran: Khajiit Stamblade DPS - Ex-Fighters Guild Suthay who likes to punch things, nicknamed Tinykat
Niralae Elsinal: Altmer Stamsorc DPS - Young Altmer with way too much Magicka
Sarah Lacroix: Breton Magsorc DPS - Fledgling Vampire who drinks too much water
Slondor: Nord Tankblade - TESified verson of Slenderman
Marius Vastino: Imperial <insert role here> - Sarah's apathetic sire who likes to monologue
Delthor Rellenar: Dunmer Magknight DPS - Sarah's ex who's a certified psychopath
Lirawyn Calatare: Altmer Magplar Healer - Traveling performer and bard who's 101% vanilla bean
Gondryn Beldeau: Breton Tankplar - Sarah's Mages Guild mentor and certified badass old person
Gwendolyn Jenelle: Breton Magplar Healer - Friendly healer with a coffee addiction
Soliril Larethian- Altmer Magblade DPS - Blind alchemist who uses animals to see and brews plagues in his spare time
Tevril Rallenar: Dunmer Stamcro DPS - Delthor's "special" younger brother who raises small animals as friends
Celeroth Calatare: Bosmer <insert role here> - Shapeshifting Bosmer with enough sass to fill Valenwood

    PC - NA - EP - CP1000+
Avid RPer. Hit me up in-game @Ras_Lei if you're interested in getting together for some arr-pee shenanigans!

Hmm tough one. Honestly probably the room in Forgotten Crypts (Deshaan Public Dungeon) where they are cutting up and cooking the body parts of their fellow Dunmer. There's plenty of obviously creepy places but the context of this one is just.... yikes. And the fact that if you leave Sela with the hideaways there it turns out they kill and eat her... Yeah.. Pretty deranged haha.

I'd have to go through all the base game and dlc zones to jog my memory. There's a lot of disturbing places in Tamriel :D

For me Cyrodiil. Not exactly scary, but a drab, dreary vastness.
Every time I went there (I avoid it by now), I felt sad, and went away in a hurry.

It's funny, but I love riding around Cyrodiil, and always get a smile whenever people dismiss it as "a riding simulator."

The Forgotten Crypts public dungeon is definitely one of my choices.

There's a delve or public dungeon whose location and name escapes me at the moment, populated by skeletons, including a few skeletons locked in cells and banging on the doors to be let out. The idea of starving to death and rotting away forgotten or deliberately ignored in a locked cell is definitely creepy to me.

It has to be Everwound Wellspring, where everything seems idyllic, and the aspirations good, but there is insidiousness underneath. Especially with the curator trying to stop us through the intercom.

I found the original tutorial where you go murdered by Mannimarco creepy. I wondered if ESO was a horror game.

Lion's Den public dungeon, all the misty nooks up in the mountain valleys and secluded atmosphere, just feels really far detached from the rest of the Rift and anything could happen.

Thought it would be Blackreach as that scared the crap out of me in Skyrim (namely all the chaurus) but it has more of a mysterious but relaxing feel to it in ESO, which I love.

i still remember when first adventuring there and getting into the upper building and everything looked normal/fancy, then you find the key and go to the cellar... (gets even more creepy when you read all the lore behind the place too lol)

Murkmire is legit like a old horror movie, reminds me of Creature From The Black Lagoon. That's probably the "creepiest" place in ESO. Just has old Universal Studio vibes. Check out the Creature From The Black Lagoon

The whole concept of Coldharbour had me on edge the first time I played it through. So, mission accomplished on that front! But the Vile Manse definitely doesn't feel right.

I'm not easily creeped out but I like the Hunger daedras that were introduced with Morrowind. There is one as a boss (Voracity) in The Forgotten Wastes that's clinging against a wall, hard to see unless you know it's there. But they get a proper introduction and a bit of background story in a sidequest on Summerset at Cey-Tarn Keep. Nice story.

Yep, that's my creepiest memory.... I was never into scarecrows (saw Wizard of Oz first time when I was about 7 - had nightmares for a VERY long time thereafter); my grandfather used to stand them up in his garden, so I could never walk out that direction.

My family wasn't very understanding of a child's fears and an incredibly active imagination.
