I’ll get it for 10 bucks in a sale in 8-9 months. I’d never buy this for full price. I didn’t buy Greymoor or Blackwood either at launch. I did so with Morrowing, Summerset and Elsweyr though, because those Chapters were worth it. Since Greymoor it’s just downhill.

I don't know right now. I feel no motivation to buy, yet at least. Which makes me feel odd since I really like Bretons.

I haven't decided yet, but I'll only pre-order it if I can find a reputable site selling it at a discount (which I was able to do for Greymoor and Blackwood). If not I'll wait until it's on sale.

I don't want the fawn pet so I'll probably wait until it's on the PTS to try it out, so I can decide what it's worth to me, then shop around and see if I can find it for that price. If not I'll wait for a sale.

As a sub, don't i get to play it as part of the subscription service? I didn't really SEE anything that really screamed out that I should buy this chapter otherwise. I was just underwhelmed by everything they showed.

Yeah I'm not impressed with the lack of new class or skill line, and the idea of a card game as the new game system.

But I also really like Bretons.

You'll have to wait a year to get it as part of ESO+.

Chapters are apparently distinct from DLC and have to be purchased seperately by subscribers (and of course non-subscribers)...until the next one comes out, at which point the previous chapter is re-branded a DLC and included in the sub.

So when High Isle comes out Blackwood will become DLC and will be included in ESO+, but High Isle won't be included until the next chapter comes out in 2023.
