It was like this with the Deadlands skin as well. It's just a sample. They don't want to take up space adding every race and body type to the area.
If they swap it next time and have Argonian and Redguard, people will complain abut there being no Khajiit.
In answer to the question, however, I don't think anyone will be able to get you a picture of what it looks like because it's not available yet (only the first fragment is available). ESO Hub only has what can already been seen in-game. The PTS has also not been updated to include the skin in The Costumer's Wardrobe (might be an idea to include this at some point just so people can see it).
In additon to the two races shown at the Impresario, there's also the image in the news article. Which, honestly, doesn't show you anything more since those body types are fairly standard. Maybe Argonian could be shown in one of those in the future.
See the lady wearing the skin in the picture is just redundant since we already see it on a lady in-game.
I could at least understand the Orc, but the lady should've been Argonian because then they'd literally have all their bases covered enough. Man, a Mer, and the two different Beast races.

I don't think people wants every race and body type but it's true that having at least the 3 major skins types (furry, scaly and "soft" ) could be nice. Especially in that case to see how golden scales on normal scales can render.

This. One humanoid and one of each of the beast type is good enough, don't need all the races. One humanoid and One beast is not sufficient because Khajiit and Argonian are far more different looking from each other than say High Elf and Imperial.

I do wonder why it wasn’t designed with the scales all over rather than in patches. Covered in shining golden scales wouldn’t be something that I would use on most characters but could look cool on an Argonian. As it is is just weird IMHO. Hopefully I like upcoming morphs better.
