Star Haven Containers Disabled?

Since today's PC client update, the four containers (3 urns, 1 backpack) at Star Haven wayshrine in Northern Elsweyr are no longer interactable. Was this intentional, or is it maybe a side effect of the new contextual interaction setup? I can still read the Dragonhorn book that's there, and I can pick up the staff that's in a container, but I've tried in vain to get an interaction prompt for any of those containers, using 1st & 3rd person, and both mouse/kbd and controller interface.

Almost certainly another unintentional patch day bug. Report it as a bug and hope for the best.

Same thing for any container in select range of a wayshrine. Report the bug. I did already.

We've added new rules for determining which things you'll interact with when there's a potential conflict. Generally speaking, interactable objects that are valuable (such as resource nodes and lootable corpses) will have priority over things that are mobile or player-made (such as Companions and Mementos). You should also have less of a problem attempting to interact with doors, Dye Stations, and other permanently available interactable objects, even when they're surrounded by Jubilee Cakes or Sorcerer pets.

I really love new targetting priority, and it's the only good thing in this update.
But something really needs to be done about conflicts between containers and wayshrines
