Do Hews Bane treasure maps not drop anymore?

This is a very good point, I haven't seen any either in ages. TCE only showed one map for sale across both I and II variants on the entire PC NA server, and I strongly suspect that one had been sitting in a bag or bank collecting dust before being listed.

Thank you for bringing this topic here! I thought it was just bad RNG for me with Hew's Bane maps for the past year

I don't remember when exactly it started... I think it started back when Greymoor was released? But yes, I have not got any Hew's Bane treasure map since that time (or since very long time).

I have seen one listed for 40k or 50k gold few months ago on PC EU. Right now I also see 3 maps listed at ~1.5k gold each.

But before Greymoor, I was getting both Hew's Bane maps often. At the same rate I get Gold Coast maps nowadays, for example. It was strange when I realized that Hew's Bane maps stopped dropping for me completely...

I know this is a bit of a necro but was wondering if anyone was getting these on PlayStation (or other platform). I've not had one for a couple of years and was wondering if they still exist (I do a lot of treasure maps)

Well I cam confirm they do still exist, I got one today in the rewards for the quests in Cyrodiil that give gladiator proofs (3 keeps, 9 resources, 40 players)

Does anyone knows if Hew's Bane treasure maps only drop from these quests? Might be the reason why they are so rare since almost no one does these quests. Also, dont know about the drop rates of them, so if they have a low drop rate its even more likely. atleast i dont think they can be found in regular thieves troves as other treasure maps, much more maps would be for sale then. Or can anyone prove me wrong?
