Castle Thorn Achievement bug

Hello, I want to report the bug for the achievement "Taking turns" in veteran Castle Thorn.
Taking Turns is awarded for defeating Lady Thorn after each player has successfully activated the Blood Scavenger synergy at least once during each of the two bat swarm phases in Veteran Castle Thorn.
We did it in HM and non HM, taking the four sinergies once per phase by each group member. We are pretty sure we did it correctly, but no one got the achievement in both runs.

I can confirm the same thing is still occurring. I ran with 2 groups, both Veteran, non-HM. Both times, we went in order and each person did it once, per phase, both phases. Nothing.

Either I am misunderstanding the achieve, or it's bugged.

We tried this today and no achievement. Does it require hard mode? Anyone who has the achievement has any information on this?

I have asked in some of my guilds and there was a player who had the achievement completed as of 6/22/2022! I was surprised and asked them how they did it, but unfortunately they couldn't remember.

I have tried some more and I still can't seem to get the achievement. The achieve doesn't say anything about needing HM... but maybe it does. HM is the only thing I haven't tried it on. Mostly because the groups that I have run it with HM don't want to also do the achieve.

If the achieve DOES require HM, then the achieve needs updated to state that, OR needs to be fixed to allow it in normal Veteran as well.

We actually got it today after 3 attempts. We still can't understand what went wrong on the previous attempts. We did veteran non hard mode and each of one synergised in both "darkness phases" once.

Seems to still be occurring in 2025. We ran it it in Vet non-HM, did do it in both darkness phases.

Also two of our group had issues where the light circle wasn't moving on their screen until they closed out of the game altogether and logged back in.

That circle bug has been in the game since the dungeon's release, and even can occur when you fight Lady Thorn in Infinite Archive. I can't believe it still isn't fixed, the dungeon has been out 5 years.

Honestly, I agree. Five years in and still not fixed. By this point if you cannot fix it then you should remove the mechanic. Did the dungeon the other day and got the bug again. Luckily, I was on a normal run and able to follow the group and not die.
