Twice Born Star is not in the official list for Update 31/Blackwood.

I don't know if ZOS originally included it and then edited their post to remove it, but per other reports here on the forums TBS does not work in no-proc, and ZOS no longer claims it does.

Hopefully the OP can be updated to reflect that.

I've edited the line with Twice-Born, and will triple check whether it's working or not in Ravenwatch.

Please continue to point out any errors in the list that you know about. Hopefully in the future, ZoS will either remove no-proc making this list a moot point, or make the information about what sets are disabled in Ravenwatch available/obvious in game somehow.

I just tested Twice-Born Star in Ravenwatch doing the following:

Made all white, light chest pieces of twice-born star. Still had Shadow Mundus at the time. I went into Ravenwatch and recorded my max mag and max stam as 14.4k and 28.9k, respectively with only 4/5 pieces on. I left Ravenwatch, equipped the 5th piece, put the Mage and the Tower Mundus stones on, travelled back into Ravenwatch and recorded my max mag and max stam as 16.5k and 31k. So the set works, at least under that test case.

Is the set just buggy or something? Is it something to do with people trying to back-bar it? What are the circumstances where you're saying it doesn't work?

Shapeshifters chain doesn't seem to work, the ult cost reduction isn't working at least. Didn't test the other part.

Agreed that they need to denote whats not working in game 100%

Neither part works, tested it a while back.
Wonder if it is the same with Salvation?

Thank you, I just tested Shapeshifter's Chain myself and you're right. No ultimate cost reduction (Werewolf Pack Leader) and no increases in health, mag, stam at least at the main gate in Ravenwatch. I've edited the main page.

I believe I have Salvation all collected, I'll see about testing it as well soon.

I do what I can, though I haven't gone through and tested every set personally so I rely on reports to clue me in on what else might be broken, or what else might be working.

I tested Salvation. Salvation works, so it must be coded differently than Shapeshifter's Chain somehow.


Test results:

At Ravenwatch gate, Pack Leader Morph

With Salvation - 201 ultimate cost - my character's weapon and spell power in werewolf form is 5095/3711

Without Salvation - 300 ultimate cost - my character's weapon and spell power in werewolf form is 4888/3532

That's a proc. RC is just stat line + permanent buff.

Those two give their 2 piece bonuses as flat all the time stat/buff boosts so they work. I think all the others have some kind of if/then proc condition so do not.

I tested knight-errant in RW just to see if the extra damage part of the 5 piece worked or not. It did not.

Has anyone been able to confirm if the torc of tonal mythic works in no proc/CP Cyrodiil? I'd rather not farm it if it does not. It seems to have a proc/trigger condition but is on this list as possibly working. Thank you.

@malistorr it is on the list and I use it all the time on magsorc in ravenwatch. It works

After a guildie suggested this might have previously worked for a time, I performed a test of Powerful Assault using unmorphed Vigor, first on a precursor in my house after light attacking it and casting Vigor (buff icon and stat sheet affected), then in Ravenwatch after light attacking a resource guard and casting Vigor (no buff icon and no stat sheeet increase). It does not work in Ravenwatch (as expected).

It seems no one has mentioned Prisoner's Rags, yet. It works in Ravenwatch.

Markyn Ring is already on the edited list (in the bottom section where newly tested/reported sets are).

This is the first I'm hearing about Prisoner's Rags. Prisoner's Rags wording looks like it might have a proc condition of an effect only while running, but I'll test it out soon since I have that set completely collected in my stickerbook so it wont' cost me any transmutes to check it out.

I just tested Prisoner's Rags and you appear to be correct. In testing at the gate, it animated, it drained my stam about 50% slower, and my mag came back quick in no-proc. I'll edit the main page to reflect.

Keep them coming, folks. Without input, I'm not going to know what other people have discovered.

@Alcast I've kept the first post of this thread as up to date as I could since the last PTS. It's only as good as the reports that come in, but feel free to check that list against your site.
