It’s worth trying to expand your horizons a little - and I say that with no hint of malice or sarcasm etc.

The town quests in Cyrodiil are good fun, fairly easy, with good loot. For a non-PVPer they’re a nice way to earn a little AP, and the XP is good. Imperial City dailies and main quest line are excellent.

Yep, sometimes you’re going to die to an a-hole preying on the PVE crowd, but not all the time. Quite often you can get quests done and other factions will just ignore you.

Hope it works out for you!

Has anyone else noticed that you do not always get the gold after finishing a endeavor?
I noticed it before and today I thought I pay extra attention to it. The daily endeavour gives next to 10 seals also 4k gold.
    Well nope for the gold.

I am a bit peeved about this :(

I am sometimes confused between the symbol for gold and the symbol for experience. Is it experience rather than gold you're supposed to be getting?

Really, they should make XP a different colour so as to more easily visually identify the difference between XP and Gold.

You get Seals of Endeavor and Experience from doing an Endeavor. If you mouse over the coins it tells you what they are symbolizing.

Today's Endeavors were accompanied by experience - a LOT of exp with a 150% scroll ticking, AAMOF!

My point is that the symbol for Experience is round, and yellow, it looks like a gold coin, this is what Gold should look like. Experience should either not be round, or not be yellow, so that it does not look like a gold coin. That's just an elementary icon-design error.

Yes. But at least until (or if) it gets changed, one can always mouseover the icon so one knows! Really, all that needs to happen is have a light blue or light green X (or XP) instead of a coin....

As far as the icons used for stuff, when I turn in a quest and get both gold and xp, the gold is shown with a little sack whereas the xp is shown with a medallion.
I've fought mudcrabs more fearsome than me!

I just ignore any that involve pvp, heists or sacraments, not worth the effort for a currency that will probably remain forever too valuable to spend because you will always be worried that the next thing in the store will be better and you’ll never earn enough seals in time to buy it.
