More Prestigous PvP Titles?

I looked through some of the earnable PvP titles and it seems many of them are more an investment of time than skill.
The Emperor and Chaos Titles sound cool and definitely show you've played PvP a lot, but seems to be more grind focused than skill focused.
Only one that comes close seems to be paragon with having 8 more kills than deaths.

PvE Seems to be flooded with skill based titles for Trifecta runs of no death/speedrun/hardmodes..

I was thinking if we couldn't get some more prestigous PvP Titles too - maybe the community can help me come up with some creative ones?

Title: "Is there one else?" (+10 points for being able to guess the reference)
Achivement: Go atleast 20-0 in a BG Team Deathmatch

Title: "Life is like a box of Chocolate"
Achievement: "Win a Chaosball match without having the other team take the ball once"

Title: "I'm da Bomb"
Achievement: "Kill 15 enemies in 5 minutes"

Title: "Next round is one me"
Achievement: Earn 10.000 Telvar Stones in 7 minutes

- I've been in Chaosball matches that were 500:0:0, not hard to achieve.
- 15 kills in 5 minutes is nothing when you play in a ball group or solo bomb.
- I don't play in IC but I think pro TV farmers have something to say to this. Alternatively you can bomb a zerg during MYM/IC celebration.

That's the problem with the achievements. We all have different skills and backgrounds, that's why all the achievements in the game are either trivial or require a lot of grinding. The numbers you proposed are reasonable and they require some practice but once you're there they become easy.

With the current state of PvP there's nothing that could be truly prestigious because of how easy it is to cheese. Stuff that would make sense is hard to implement, e.g. successfully capture/defend a keep against an overwhelming opposition. It will add an additional layer of calculations. But than again it would be cheesable (AP boosting is exactly this).

I have to agree with the OP in principle if not exactly in practice; PvP in general could use some more titles.

The progression in pvp could use some improvements. You know what happens when you reach 5 stars? Nothing at all. Im not even sure if it gives the skill point on that last stage when you reach it. Because i didn't even notice. How anti-climatic. I could only see the 5 stars after logging out and back in lol

We do need more titles for sure. Chaos guardian and Chaos Champion are a bit tough to earn in BG's … I mean not super hard but does take some skill versus just over-time achievements. The Merciless is still badass though!

As far as another title idrk...something with GOD in it...im sure the entire PvP world would grind/work hard for a title like that. Equivalent to PvE's GodSlayer but PvP version.

Make the kill 15 enemies within 30 seconds and we might get closer. I've killed 30 enemies in about that 5 minutes with a siege weapon over a door people were trying to ram open. The time definitely needs to be shortened if you plan it to be a bomber achievement.

I think any group related titles would have to be reserved for battlegrounds. I do agree that pvp players deserve some cooler titles.

But it needs to be not just "pick a hammer", but "successfully destroy a structure X times with hammer". So the title means that when you pick up Volendrung, it's seriously hammer time for all those enemy keeps!

From my experience, Paragon is not difficult to achieve Just be experienced player/premade team versus newbies. All my characters who did Battlegrounds, got this title very early - together with Merciless. Both of these titles sound very cool, but I never used them.

For now I use Chaos Keeper on my PvP character Her original title is Boethia's Scythe though, which sounds cool for my taste and has really sinister meaning - perfect for PvP:

"Of all my believers, but two remain. Tell me, second-to-last, with what shall you prove your existence?"
Without hesitation I drew forth my blade and buried it in the chest of the other who stood beside me, and without fear replied:

"Ask him whose blood now sprouts from my blade if I exist."
She smiled. And the gates of Oblivion opened between her teeth. Then she said:

"Tell me, now-last of my followers, wherefore do you remain where the others do not?"
I retrieved my blade, and offered it up saying:

"I am alive because that one is dead. I exist because I have the will to do so. And I shall remain as long as there are signs of my handwork, such as the blood dripping from this blade."
Accepting my gift, she nodded and said:

"Indeed."

One day I'll go back to using this title again.

But Chaos Keeper took me long time to get. I wasn't even trying for it - I thought that I will never get this title, so it was not worth thinking about. But after we lost ability to select Deathmatch, random queue got me into Chaos Ball enough times, and my templar/werewolf was good just for that I never had premade groups, and never run away like a coward - I was proudly carrying it, and teared every point with my fangs. Even when my teams were clueless, even when I had no team at all - I tried and tried:

Just for my taste, such long titles don't sound good I would remake them into these (I would use them too):

1) Untouchable
2) Area Denial
3) Volatile
4) Tax Collector

Uncle Sheo would surely love a Swiss Cheese Champion title! 😋

I'd love better cyro titles, related to achievements rather than ap grinding.
Only other option is former emp which always feels pretty cringe (and just gets you bagged more for dying lol)
