“Like” might be a little strong. I enjoy it in small amounts.

And i just realized what I hate most about it. Not dying, not bombers, not losing tel var. It’s the freaking loading screens and the delay with them. For everything: releasing, going into sewers, moving into another section of IC, etc. My team tonight was finishing a bunch of quests, and I was just staring at the IC loading screen. Or, worse, like tonight - ESO just stops responding. At least with Cyrodill the loading screens are minimal.

Normally, it’s not like this. I’m guessing tonight was due to crowded servers.

I'm not a fan of PVP on this game, but I'm completely in support of this event for those that are.

It doesn't do a thing for me personally, but its clearly something that should probably happen more often if participation in Cyrodiil is as lackluster and anemic as some claim. It certainly doesn't do me any harm.

I am genuinely surprised by the poll results ^^ As I normally hear more negativity about Pvp events I am glad more people seem to enjoy the event than avoid it.

Yah, I'm kinda 50/50 - I don't mind the event - I might even take advantage of it at some point - but I don't particularly look forward to it. PVP is such a hugely mixed bag, based mostly on the division between the player base that is intent on being the biggest *** *** they can manage to be, and the player base that is looking to create an experience that encourages people to embrace the very narrow range of exciting experiences that pvp actually provides.

such a huge mixed bag, easily being a fantastic showcase for the worst and the best that human beings can be to each other - it's a hard dichotomy to embrace - but I'm slightly proud that the opportunity exists

I dislike PvP in general. However, I do like certain aspects of IC. It's a PvP zone but has plenty of mobs for the PvEr in me to kill. Cyro I just don't like overall. I can normally get to where I'm going just fine but the whole getting killed and having to rewalk back is just a mood killer for me.

I normally avoid Midyear like the plague. But this year I went for the achievements and the tickets for the last piece of Deadlands personality. Now the achievements are broken and I have the personality so there's not much left to do.

Not sure when people are going to Cyrodiil, but I'm finding it completely dead. You look at the map and very few forts burst during 2 or 3 hours of play. You don's see cross arrows for fighting either.

It's the most inactive Midyear I've ever seen. The bombers and 1 shot gankers have ruined it. I've grouped a few times with people that don't have sturdy builds, they get bombed and 1 shot a few times and they leave. Zos needs to look at how many rewards are being given out, and I can guarantee this event is all but gone.

Have seen no "epic" battles. Those extra servers are not needed. Maybe 1 for CP but none of them are needed for the non CP campaign.

Just comparing to previous years when I used to take a few days off to play in this event, Cyrodiil is dead. After this event, it will be a ghost town. Just too much damage.

Well I was in the Gray Host campaign this morning on PC EU to do my scouting mission as I only have time in the mornings,and chat was pretty alive and some fights between all factions going on on some points on the map.
I would say it depens on the campaigns,others I did visit before where empty.

Just looked. They really don't need an extra campaign in under 50. No one plays this anymore.

As for all other campaigns, Only Grey host has population. There should ALWAYS be some que during this event. But there isn't.

Only need 1 extra non cp 7 day and 1 CP 7 day.

Would have been a good time to test the no proc campaign?

Until the server gets double the hamsters it currently runs on, i would prefer no events at all being hosted.

You know what really grinds my gears?
Lag spikes, frame rate and even login issues everytime there is an event live.

I did the scouting quests in and wall repairs in stealth mode last year because I needed tickets and transmute crystals. I don't need either this year, so I don't plan to spend any time on it. I'm glad that PVPers get a chance to earn double AP though.

I enjoy PvE, so this is my least favorite event. I have found one IC daily and a few Cyrodiil daily that are OK, so I am getting my 3 event tickets per day.

I'm glad ZOS has this event for the PvP folks.

Mixed. Hated PvP last MYM, but this time I'm enjoying it more because I can actually kill other players (in some cases). IC is actually fun when I'm following a group and fighting off enemy players that try to take our zone or gank unsuspecting players. No clue how, but I've gotten a ton of achievements, such as the kill 100 players and the kill player of x class. I was also super surprised to open my collections and find the laurel wreath sitting in there without having any clue what I did to earn it.

No as I find mmo PvP to be a mess generally and even worse not fun. I get my PvP fix from games specifically built and designed for that purpose as they offer me what I want from them, a fun experience.

Life is too short to waste my time on something I do not find fun and that applies to all things. Dangling shiny rewards won't change that no matter if it's PvP or PvE themed event.

It genuinely stresses me out. In years past it wasn't too bad, but my real life already makes me a basket case currently, so I only play ESO to relax. I actually skipped it completely in January, but I needed tickets this go around, so I put on my big girl pants and got it done.

I'm glad PVP players and those who enjoy Midyear Mayhem got to have it twice this year though, to make up for the times it got canceled or postponed in the past.

My home campaign is Ravenwatch, PC-EU. It's filled to the brim even during morning and afternoon hours, and prime time queue is 100 - 200 people / 1-2h as a default. When I finally do get in - usually after spending some time in IC or far less but still active Quagmire / Fields of Regret - I have experienced some absolutely ludicrous battles; just yesterday most of DC and EP was stacking on Aleswell for ~45 minutes, with walls and doors breached and repaired again in 3 or 4 different places.

Dunno where you looked, but clearly not everywhere. I suspect off-peak Quagmire and Fields of Regret are dead since your queue time for Ravenwatch are more bearable then, but that's about it.

I love the battlegrounds especially when you have to get the flags.

I hate IC I know all the pvp bullypoop and that you can get killed in a pvp zone blabla

But honestly I find it so pathetic when they wait on people or hunt them down. Especially when you see someone is just trying to finish a quest. It is only for a few days people it is an event just give us a chance.

I was at a point I only had to pick up and then I was done. I get attacked so I ask the other player please let me pick this up then you can kill me. But no that was not how it worked.

I just given up now on IC.

I just got /w'd with ban threat from a failed ganker in questing town during off times after I killed and rightfully squatted a couple of times on pile of ashes. I enjoy this event very much.

There was a time where I would just join whatever campaign for the AP train, but nowadays, I just don't seem to care anymore. I still have a lot of AP from the last event, and have just been enjoying Blackwood more than PvP, and I only do PvP whenever there's an event these days anyway. PvP just doesn't entice me anymore as it has before, which is a bit depressing to me.

I usually love MYM. However, and I realize everyone's experience is different, this has been by far the worst one personally in regards to performance. The lag is absolutely ridiculous. I've tried both modes on PS5 and still I have trouble simply soloing a dang resource way too often, let alone going up against other players. Skills won't fire causing unintentional button mashing, damage registers late, guards are bouncing around the resources like ping pong balls and I'm still occasionally getting the stupid Stam recovery bug where my recovery stat goes down to zero and I have to close the game and relog. Please fix PvP!!!!!
