Items no longer in Crown Store available any way else?

Is it possible to purchase items that were once in the crown store but no longer are, specifically the Summerset Collector's Pack? I want the Divine Prosecution style.

Unfortunately no.

However certain items do rotate regularly while others come back like 2 years after initial release
