No tickets, no event box

This has happened to me twice. Both times it happened to everyone in the group- in fungal grotto 1 normal from activity finder, and the crown store was down. I think if the crown store goes down, you will not get your event drops.

A friend of mine has 9 alt accounts (to have a personal guild bank) and I've been running his accounts through FG1 every day so they get their tickets. I got the purple box every time except the one time I got a message telling me the crown store was unavailable. It is definitely linked.

And to the person saying this account sharing, they log into their different accounts, I log into mine and carry them through FG1. It's not account sharing, it's just carrying a friend who is low level.

A group I was in had this happen in Vet FG1 today. We started the last boss fight by accident before we could get HM scroll. We all backed off. Boss reset. Did hard mode. No box. Turned in at undaunted tent and got two keys though.

My thought was that it had something to do with us resetting the last boss. I stayed in touch with one member of the group and we both got boxes on the next dungeon we ran. For me, that was my first dungeon of the day so no tickets or gold box, but when I ran the next dungeon, it picked them all up no problem.

You just admitted to account sharing which is against the TOS.

Waited a while and crown store was fixed.. we all got drops again!

The event is definitely tied to the crown store. I’m assuming because that’s where you get the starter quest.

Me and my group noticed the very same thing, yesterday on PC NA when the crown store was down.

I have received all boxes but main thing is.. I don't use the dungeon finder and port into them manually.
I have received a style page and event tickets for the first dungeon of the day, every day so far.

But my issue is. The day after maintenance was great, all purple boxes had something worth while in them, like 1 key or plunder ( worth 1000 g ) etc.

Now the purple boxes give a treasure map and 1 resource, like flowers or wood etc. Pretty much garbage and I personally just deleted the treasure maps.

So I don't know if I would rather not have a box at all or have a box with garbage in it.
Is that really what "Undaunted" purple boxes have in them? ( my first Undaunted event )
I seen people in the past "Farm" keys during the event, so I thought there was a chance for a key to show up. But I have opened around 30ish purple boxes with nothing but a treasure map and resource in it.
Either way, it's a waste of time ( for me ) to run the dungeons except the first one of the day and for pledges.

You can easily sell those treasure map for 1K gold. Because of the sticker book, they sell nicely. If you get a map for western skyrim zones, they sell for 50K or even 100K.

@ZOS_JessicaFolsom Just happened to me on vet Direfrost Keep, received only the monster helm and regular loot from the boss, missing 3 tickets and the undaunted box. Completed the dungeon about 20 mins earlier which was already 1 hour after the daily tickets reset.

@ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom I believe that this is an instance-specific problem. A small number of dungeon instances are being spun up with the event inactive.

Players can tell if the instance is bugged by trying to access the Crown Store. If it says that the Crown Store is down for maintenance, then the instance is bad and needs to be re-rolled (which unfortunately is not really an option for players using the Group Finder).

The Crown Store in these cases isn't actually down, since players outside of the dungeon instance can still access the Crown Store, and the Crown Store becomes available as soon as affected players leave the bugged instance. And it becomes unavailable again as soon as they re-enter the bugged instance. So whatever is wrong with the instance is causing the appearance of the Crown Store being down (and event rewards to not drop).

This is weird... yesterday I had 4 tickets, and it showed I went to 7/12 on the bottom right yesterday. Today I logged in with only 4 tickets, and today even though it showed I got three tickets in the HM dungeon I did, I only got two tickets added. So I went from 4 to 6 tickets, which seems strange given you can only get tickets per three at once. This means I missed out on 4 tickets already. I did get all my boxes though!

Should I contact support as well? ... And what about the coming day's tickets? ... Or is it better to wait with contacting support to see if I miss out on even more tickets this week?

Edit: I'm on PC EU.

Just after reset on the 6th, I soloed BC1, SP1 and then FG1. I got my golden box and tickets from FG1. I got normal loot from the bosses in BC1 and SP1 but no boxes. I always loot manually. This was on Xbox NA.

I also did not receive any Undented loot (event tickets, Glorious Undaunted Reward Box and key) today from completing a dungeon.
My Event Ticket allocation is also now missing tickets earned yesterday so 6 tickets missing in total now.

Update: Following on from what others have said, rewards dropped on second dungeon run.

P.S. I am also not recieving the proper reward for the first dungeon of the day. I recieve the daily reward and 3 tickets on the second run, and from then on recieve undaunted plunder boxes as intended.

An update on my missing tickets and box: Apparently, when it bugs out it doesn't seem to count towards the first dungeon for the day or perhaps simply doesn't register a dungeon completion for the event hence not rewarded the items accordingly.

What happened was that I'd decided to log in and do another dungeon on the same character about 7.5 hours since the bugged run, and this second run rewarded the 3 tickets and glorious undaunted box.

The crown store not being available even happens when you enter a delve. I just ported to a guildmate who was in the Teeth of Sithis and wanted to check if my character had already done the little Undaunted event quest, but the store was unavailable.

Yeah it seems to be the crown store that determence wether or not you get a box and tickets.
Any update on this @ZOS_JessicaFolsom ?

I did not get my event tickets or gold box today either. Tried 3 alts all no go. Just got purple box on last bosses. Crown store was up in all but first run as I did not know to check then. Put in ticket but not counting on getting my loot.

This crown store thing. I mean, what the hell. I just ran 2 dungeons without the rewards.

This just happened to the groups I ran with today as well. Something like 4 different runs today with varying people from the guild.

When the crown store was broken in the dungeon, we received no boxes.
When the crown store was working in the dungeon, we received our boxes as we should have.

This is sad... At least one of us did miss their tickets this way...

Other loot appeared for me. No purple box. This is on Xbox NA. Auto-loot is enabled, but obviously no add-ons.

For myself this seems to occur if I check the crown store at the beginning of the dungeon at it says "Offline but will return".

If the crown store is functioning as per usual, I receive my purple box.

This is one reason why the tickets for this event should be tied to the first Undaunted quest you complete each day. If you are in a dialog window and you know you should get the rewards but they are not listed, you could back out and try again. If you loot the boss and the rewards aren't there, it's too late.

Obviously the fix didn't work, coz I just ran a random normal, no tickets, no golden box Have to go out so a waste of a day as it will reset before I get back.
