No tickets, no event box

Happened to me 2 times. One time in fungal grotto I normal and one time in Darkshade Cavers II. Boss dropped the normal loot but no undaunted event box. I have autoloot on and also use an addon to see the group loot. No one in the group got the box on both occasions.

Honestly @ZOS_JessicaFolsom I really can't recommend that anyone submit a support ticket over this. Based on my past experience when there's a bug with an event and you don't get the event drops you were supposed to get, submitting a ticket just leads to the "support" people not bothering to do a proper investigation & not looking at time stamps (they tried to tell me that I got everything I was supposed to when they were looking at something that dropped about 10 minutes after the ticket I submitted, and their story about what happened just kept changing from then on, while somehow never coming close to the truth). They will treat you like a liar who's trying to scam items that you're not entitled to, even when you've never once mentioned wanting any compensation, and then when you point out that you didn't ask for anything and insist on them reporting what happened so that the underlying bug that caused it can be properly investigated by the appropriate team, they'll continue to be rude to you and refuse to apologize for their team screwing up.

In short, they won't help: they'll just be incredibly unprofessional and treat you like a scammer.

Is this something that those of us on XB should do if we didn't get our tickets/gold box due to the early update drop snafu on Saturday? Many of us weren't even able to play.

Just wondering, as I would have thought that you would work on figuring out a way to compensate the potentially large number of folks that this happened to Saturday evening on XB, as it happened around 6pm CT, which is the start of prime time. Are you still planning to work this out for us, or do you really want tons of XB players submitting tickets for this?

To update my earlier post, I reloaded the game and went onto another character. I completed a pledge and got the tickets and gold undaunted box. But no idea why it didn't drop on my first character. Settings were the same on both characters.

i have a loot spy addon, so i noticed that none of my party got a coffer of any color in FG1 PC NA

since talking about that topic, is it intentional that bolgrul from the 4th undaunted daily only drops one coffer per day per account like the dragon guard chest? i found that out during the weekend, did not test it after the patch so far

Happened to my fiancé today. His group of 3 all had crown store unavailable when it happened a few minutes ago like someone had earlier said was the case for them as well.

good thing is, it seems to be an isolated event, the follow-up loot in SC1 contained a yellow box

It happened also to me today, I completed nFG1 pledge, got the regular loot from end boss, but no event tickets nor golden box. I submitted a ticket.
First time ever I have a problem with event rewards.

Every time the crown store is down for maintenance we get no boxes or tickers. When it isn't down we get boxes/tickets. Why does the crown store keep going down for maint?

No tickets or box in Spindleclutch1 (PC-NA). Let's see if opening a ticket helps.

EDIT1:
Did a second random normal dungeon on PC-NA (Selene) and got both tickets and golden event box.

EDIT2:
Did a random normal dungeon (Banished Cells 1) on PC-EU, no tickets, no reward box. Queued again, let's see.

EDIT3:
OK, got Tempest Island and received both tickets and event box. So both EU and US first run nothing, second run event rewards. Can't say it's coincidence or not.

Got event tickets on a hard mode Fungal Grotto 1 run but no event box, reran it on normal got the box but 3 additional tickets. I have reported the bug. @Digiman

The Event has been postponed from the original deadline, so the question arises whether the ZOS did not forget to postpone the rewards as well

Like others, I ran vFG1 pledge this morning and did not receive any special event rewards. I then ran the vSW pledge and received the event tickets and gold box rewards. No big deal, just one missed purple box, but there's definitely some kind of glitch in the matrix.

Last night FG1; first run no boxes and didn't see any problems with the store. Second run we got them, which was good as I had a brand new player along.

It's unfortunate that the glitches and bugs weren't dealt with before having a event that included a free week to draw new players in. It really doesn't give a good impression to the new players when things are broken.

And no, it was not a reset problem, I can read the clock.

New bug found:

Got on my alt account the event loot as expected. However, it was my first random of the day and I got a blue undaunted reward instead of a purple one. PC NA.

I had the same bug. Did Volenfell (my first dungeon of the day) and didn't get my tickets or the gold box. Yes I looted the final boss. I decided to try it again, and got both those things the 2nd time I did the dungeon. Seems to be a little buggy.

We found a workaround for that problem. If you are in a dungeon instance and your crown store is under maintenance just get into a new instance and if the crown store is not under maintenance for you you will get the boxes.

When you enter a dungeon and get the notice that the crown store is unavailable, you won't get the reward box. You can step out the door and reenter to fix the crown store. This worked for me.

You can also open the crown store while in the dungeon to make sure it is available. The rewards are tied to the crown store, so make sure the crown store is not bugged out.

A friend and I did 2 random normals and recieved no boxes or tickets but then we did a vet dungeon (FGI) and got the gold reward box and tickets.

Received the 3 tickets and the glorious reward box from the subsequent pledge (vet DoM)
