You have to click on the little star at the top of each thread you want to track. It may notify you for other things, but this sets up tracking in my experience.
next to your profile pic at the top left corner of the page there is a gear icon, that says account options (I'm assuming pc version, I don't read this on mobile, so location may be different, but account options should be there regardless)
select "edit profile"
on that page, there should be a selection for notification preferences. go there and make sure that "someone quoted me" is selected. and while you are there, might as well adjust the rest of those to your preference
You could maybe @ yourself that way you get notified when someone does a direct quote of you. This is just a theoretical work around. As far as I know this forum doesn't have a setting to see if someone quoted you.
