I won't totally spoil what they are now but let's just say those items are probably the main reason for most people to buy crates
Thank you very much that you continue the dataminig
Ancestral Barbaric female light... Finally, no bra to ruin the display of body art and skins on torso!Let's hope it stays this way

Be sure to check out this post for pictures and more details.
And, as usual, keep in mind that these models were found in the game files and these Styles are not officially confirmed. As such, they might change significantly on release or might never be released at all.
I'll wrap up the Stonethorn datamine series next week with a preview of a certain type of items from the previously datamined Potentate Crown Crates. I won't totally spoil what they are now but let's just say those items are probably the main reason for most people to buy crateshttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_dLPQEbwF6A

But mainly since every 'ancestral' style so far has been similar to the base: Corundum -> Etched Corundum, Manganese -> Etched Manganese, Adamantite -> Etched Adamantite. Now I could believe that the other icons are Etched Molybdenum and (I think another dataminer saw the name as Burnished Goldscale) instead of Molybdenum and Goldscale, but this new hawk skull looking thing has nothing to do with Bronze. Did they change the style mat completely for this one? Or is this the icon for a different style and there's an Etched Bronze we haven't seen yet?

Yes, everything you're saying is correct. The icon files are literally named like this:
burnishedgoldscale
wayward_guardian
ancestral_breton
Since we don't have any official information on these styles at the moment, all we can do is speculate based on the appearance of the items. It just seems reasonable to me to assume that the "wayward_guardian" style material might have something to do with the Ancestral Barbaric style because of the obvious use of bones in the Ancestral Barbaric items and because I haven't found any other models that would seem to fit the "wayward_guardian" style.
But yeah, these are just my speculations and it's totally possible that they will add a different style material for the Ancestral Barbaric style later and introduce another style that makes use of the "wayward_guardian" style material.

I have this feeling that with the "ancestral styles" we don't really have any new styles related to the regions to come.
The ancestor barbaric style will therefore be used for the most part by the reachmens in the Reach. I thought we would have other new reachmens styles.
As I imagine that for an Imperial year, the Imperial Legion will adopt the "ancestor imperial" style and not a new style (I was thinking of something very close and similar to the armor of the legionnaires in the cinematics trailers).
It remains to be seen how far the ancestral styles will be presented. I was thinking of the ten basic races. But I think we can also include the other starting styles.
After ... let's be honest. The basic barbaric and akaviri style was horrible. Whether it's the barbaric's big hideous collar or the akaviri style textures.
It remains to be seen if this will be improved.

Side note: Better looking helmets would be nice, recent ones are better than prior. I don't know what it is but so many helmets in ESO just look absolutely ridiculous/silly, imho, of course. Please PLEASE another QOL feature, can where eyes are supposed to show in helmet styles NOT block out our skin? For example, the mind shriven skin would look amazing if we could see those glowing blue eyes through many of the helmet styles that are just blacked out eyes instead.
