All the combinations that got shafted by the healing changes, all the gear that was nerfed buffed back or reverted, every class with poor healing, and every hybrid build needs a buff IF ZOS won't take action against stam wardens and stam necros taking 200-400 damage and pushing out two-shots and mag sorcs also pushing out 15k+ frags (obviously stragglers used in those mag sorc builds, nice balance...).
If not, then hp% heals need a nerf so that they can perform just as bad as heals that actually take investment into stats and cut damage, defense, and/or sustain.
Fear needs a buff, I'm really enjoying how they gave access to fear to every class, having it spammed on me is so enjoyable, makes for a wonderful gaming experience.
I did this for wardens, but i expect buffs to many of our class skills to make them less awful and to give us some identity, but i expect nerfs to take away betty's autopurge and some of the passive raw damage with minor berserk while reducing down piercing cold.
And since you can't chose multiple classes, i would also give nightblade some attention as i know people who play that class have multiple issues with how it works right now.

I suppose most classes have a spec stam/mag or role that they are inferior at. I would like to see thoughtful and targeted buffs to all of them.
I picked magplar simply bcz outside of 1 healer they are not welcome in scoring trial runs. The tank role has been completely passed over for a templar that wants to parcticpate in competitive trials. As a dps they are lesser and the real buff they provide, 1 templar can easily handle.
Parses are not off by much soo i do not think they need a major buff, but i would like to see something like a change to reflective light. Vamps bane last longer and provides major prophecy, which is easily obtainable in pve from a potion but much more useful in pvp bcz we use a much bigger variety of potions in there. I think reflective light could be changed to provide minor force and that would be a big enough change to push magplars back in scoring runs.
1 morph (vamps bane) for pvp and the other morph (reflective light) for pve. This change would free up templars from having to slot trap beast or acceleration, as every other class does. I would imagine it being a 3-5k pve buff but making magplar dps playstyle alot less stuffy.
I wouldn't exaclty say that stamblade needs a buff but it definitely needs a change. It was the second most unpleasant stam DD to play behind stamnecro with non-working BB and Siphon. Now that the behaviour of BB and Siphon is much better, stamblade gains the title of "stamina DD that is the most unpleasant to play". Its damage is okay but its design is rather repelling to play different class or switch to a magblade.
For the DOT class only 3 of our dots are more powerful but necros get 15% on all dots and not just class. Need a purge skill somewhere in our class. Wardens get it free every 5 seconds. Skills are a little to expensive also.
Major expedition on a gap closer (Empowering Chains) make no sense. Move it to wings (Protective Scale) base skill so both morphs have it.
Has burning talon been fixed so more than one DK can use it in a raid environment?
Standard of Might is great for bosses that don’t move but with more and more boss’s mobile it feels like it needs to be updated and follow the DK wherever he/she goes or able to cast like shifting standard.
Volatile Armor would be better if it pulsed out spikes that cause damage every second rather than a onetime DOT at cast. Hardened Armor extra shield is to small to be noticed on anything but true tanks,
Inferno wish it would be lowered to every 3 seconds vs. 5 seconds.
Obsidian Shard should work without a target needed. Only class heal that needs a target to work. Let it be a rock that you throw on the ground at your feet that you get a burst heal from.
Stone Giant (our multiple personality disorder skill) is just a mess of a skill. Part cast time part instant with travel time, part AOE, not part AOE, part stun and part not stun along with a stagger effect for *** and giggles. Talk about a skill in an identity crisis.
Molten Armaments needs to have its power of heavy attack damage upped say 20% overall.
Igneous Shield make the radius smaller like 3 meters but three times as strong then maybe a tank would think about using it over fragmented.
Shattering Rocks does anyone even use this morph.
Cinder Storm needs a 12-meter radius and some form of synergy attached to it for DK healers and an updated visual effect. Sometimes the visual effect gets lost and hard to see in some content.
Mageblade needs some buffs, for one thing Malevolent Offering is 100% useless and nobody uses it.
Why is the Stamblade Ultimate Incapacitating Strike hitting a Xivkyn in the Imperial City for around 80k damage where as the Magicka version AKA Soul Harvest on the same character as a Mageblade with similar stats is barley doing 30k damage?
@Drdeath20 i dunno in which Groups u are but from what i see magplars are and have always been very welcome in almost all raid Groups, last patch they were not bis cuz dk was stronger but atm they are def close/even and 4d also had runs with plars
MagDK, Magblade and Magcro all need some serious reworks, maybe also Magden and Magplar in some areas of their kits.
Talking about MagDK specifically since it's my PvP main, the class as a whole is just severely out of date, suffering from out of date passives and defensive tools, a gimmicky spammable, lack of burst outside of the ult, lack of good sources of pressure, and horrible sustain with abnormally high skill costs.
Generally stam is fine due to the state of 2H, though each stam class could use some work done in some areas of their kits, but mag is the one seriously suffering this patch.
"magsorc" pffff hahaha. I mostly play everything magika.
Stamblade has so far not felt very good (PvE and BGs). Maybe its just me.
I do know that you can still burst absurdly with them in CP PvP.
Until the servers are fixed, it's not really possible to assess how the classes/skills/gear and so on are performing. How do you know your class' abilities are good or bad if you lag just when you would have pressed a key?
Another thing to consider is that the game is moving in the direction of classes having the utility, while relying on 2h/dw/destro staff for the bread and butter combat skills. I hope they move away from this direction, and actually develop the classes into something fun and interesting.
For PvE endgame magsorc DPS faces a few issues right now:
Sustain Magsorc always has been the magicka class that struggled the most with sustain. The loss of 10% recovery from vampire puts it in the worst state this has been in a long time. If you are not using blood for blood as spammable you will struggle to sustain the entire fight. Without the existence of false god as a set the class would have no place as a DPS class right now.
Liquid Lightning/Lightning Flood is pretty useless compared to other class aoes. The secondary effect is a simple damage synergy. Many sorcs drop it as it's impossible to properly sustain and even if you manage it's only okayish in the damage department. Necros graveyard is basically the same ability with a lot of extra bonuses thrown on top.
Pets are too strong right now. No pet sorc used to be a thing in PvE, but over the last few years pets have become more and more of a must if you want to hit maximum DPS numbers. However this patch the gap has become massive and the only reason not every endgame sorc is using two pets is that it's almost impossible to sustain. The drawback of pets is that they reduce barspace by taking two slots, BUT there is nothing that could be slotted instead to even compete with the benefits that pets bring so as a result sorcbars are limited and one dimensional.
Dark Conversion is completely underwhelming compared to other classes resource return skills. The ability has two drawbacks: The cast time (everyone knows that isn't fun and just feels clunky) and the heal which is meaningless as nobody wants to rely on a cast time gated heal. Especially in a raid environment that heal is simply not needed.
Sorcerer has an identity problem (especially stamina). I wish ZoS would embrace the lightning focus of magsorc a bit more as well as the wind focus of stamsorc.
