Yeah, I have stacks and stacks of extra lockpicks in the bank, so many that I'll never be able to use them all. Same with filled soul gems.

That is another thing that is a scam. They move right before your click goes through so you can get accosted by the guards for stealing something cheap. Then they get a cut from the authority that accosts you! (I am convinced of that, even though no one admits it!)
