I can't believe we can't even log in yet but I'm already complaining about the PTS changes, but here we go

That's not a good change. The new login screen is really missing the old Announcements panel. With how regularly there are anomalies and issues and limited time events and promotions, ESO really benefits from having an 'Announcements' panel plastered right where everybody logs in. And well, having the menus on the top or on the side are equally easy to use, so it's a pointless change.
I'd much rather see the current relevant news, than stare at the same empty image every time I log in.

Let's hope so, because right now it just looks like a pointless change for the worse. Iirc, on previous PTS cycles we still had Announcements, something like 'Welcome to the XYZ PTS!'. Guess we'll see.
