That's odd. Capcom released their update for MHW ahead of time due to the pandemic.
And FFXIV's was delayed due to it. Probably just depends on numerous factors and a week delay isn't very long all things considered.3 -

I work in the industy. My company has ~8k people globally. Ubi in Montreal has 4k all by themselves. Imagine trying to setup pcoip setups for artists, checking out hardware for those that don't have setups at home, acquiring licenses, custom installs of software (zoom,etc), security concerns and audits. Plus everyone is probably playing Final Fantasy 7! :P
