Guards should not be using stealth detection. that is literally them making the skills you would use to escape worthless.
They should do more damage, and be able to summon more guards if you dont escape in time, but the use of detection skills is one which I hope is patched out ASAP.

It’s impossible, I think when the guards reach a low enough HP they do some massive high damage AoE which most assuredly kills 95% of people.
I think there was a video on reddit of 30 people attacking a guard who just obliterates them when he gets to 25%.

Well, this behaviour is not mentioned in the changelog and could be considered a bug.
However, I welcome this change. It widens the gap between casual and professional criminals and grants a dishonest income only to those who put effort to it.

Meridia's Light is the reason you can defeat Molag Bal. You are buffed up 10X. And you only get this after sacrificing one of your Companions, and have in your possession the Amulet of Kings to channel that power. None of these apply outside of that fight.
After that fight is over, you are just a scrub who can self resurrect

Most peoples ideas to add a bit more risk to crime are stupid and would immediately kill any point in doing it. If guards are going to be able to see us when we stealth, the rewards for successfully stealing need to be much higher.

And you can't kill a simple town guard.
Why the hell do we have to take any risk ? Just send a guard to vSS, gonna get the godslayer easy.
