You can use Imgur: https://imgur.com/.
1. Open Imgur account.
2. Upload pics to Imgur.
3. Click on the Imgur image you want to post here and click Copy, to the right of the Direct Link option.
Second option down, here:
4. Return to your forum post.
5. Making sure your cursor is in the right place, on your forum post, click on the Image icon (thumbnail of mountains and sun), above.
6. Paste the copied link into the Image URL field and hit enter.

How dare you insulting cat people! I own two of them. They keep my house clean, cook my meals (they could use a little less sugar, though) and my niece Darvasa loves to play with Miss Kitty. She likes them even more than our Argonians.
