- a good a mount of light, disgusting yellow or disgusting blue
- a good white light, either very bright or very little to create the proper room I want.
I tried different combinations, different height, different quantity. Chandeliers/lanterns simply do nothing. I give up. I don't know, what else to try...

@myskyrim26 - of what I understand you need a strong natural-looking light source, right? Did you try Daedric Chandelier, Ritual or Daedric Brazier, Table? They are really strong (slightly on the yellow side) and cheapo to craft. The only annoying thing here may be the sound of burning fire.Dark brotherhood braziers have a good brightness, but they are crown store only, so if you're up for trying them, do it as the last resort.

Try the big white crystal from summerset achievement vendor?

Unfortunately, Clockwork Illuminator is not an invisible solution - yet the only providing a good white light. But I need to figure out how to "justify" CWC items in a Khajiit estate. The idea of Redguard chandeliers in a star pattern is awesome - they are beautiful and will perfectly hide the "improper" objects. Thank you!

I thought about the Clockwork light but I would want to place it high up in the dome and would want something rather large to place under it to hide it, but can’t come up with any ideas.

Veiled Crystals won't do anything up there in the slightest; to give you an idea of the light difference. As you can see it's a massive difference of light, veiled crystals are among the weakest in the game.
I really wish I could get on PTS and just buy Potentates but it's not available now so it makes it hard to test for you. Perhaps that's maybe what you could do is hop on PTS yourself and go to your house since you own it and go crazy buying stuff and testing lights up there?
