Would I find it convenient to port directly into the thieves den? Certainly! But I think it would make it too easy to escape from any tight spot without risking detection or loss of loot. Plus, isn’t the point of these places to be hidden away and inaccessible to outsiders?

After grinding out thieves guild to 12 recently, there is no good reason why there isn't a wayshrine in the thieves den and brotherhood sanctuary. Would have saved me a good 10 minutes of loading screen each day for the past few days if that was the case.

Your asking for an port into hidden places of the world that in no way would have ever had 1 in them. And as above said for TG free port out of hot spots when stealing high ranking items you wouldn't want to get stopped with taking the work of being good or bad at it out the picture but for all the reasons there is but one that matters NO NO AND AGAIN NOOOOOO

Me thinks thou dost not ken the nature of thieves and dark brothers. They put not freeway on-ramps and off-ramps in their living rooms. Instead, they put their secret doorways within reasonable reach of such, and sneak inside when heads are turned the other way.

There should not be a wayshrine that allows one to port to a fence which is exactly what one in the TDs would do. I would explain why but I figure it is pretty obvious.

Both are easily accessible from Wayshrines. It's just a 5-15 second ride.

ONE that has 30% cut added and can ony sale to not fence items to keep
So add an port that cant be fast traveled to only useable from another port with an price say 400g to use then i might be ok with one being added but maybe on top of it all must be maxed in skill to get it to open up at all

I don't know why we need two loading screens in less than 5 seconds.

White the TG and DB sanctuaries give me one of the longest loading screens in the game (TG guaranteed 1+ minute), I don't think there should be a wayshrine inside of it. I must admit I was disappointed at first when the TG and the DB were released without a wayshrine in their base, but it is quite obvious it is intentional.

The repeatable dailies there are one reason, for example it is already easy enough to farm Abah's Watch motif. Another reason is the sanctuaries should be secrect and hidden from the world, and not connected to some global wayshrine network. Remember the wayshrines in Oblivion? They were all in the outside world, in plain view, and not hidden in some Gold Coast hideout.

your map shows after you travel away from wherever you was beforehand thats where the risk would be as you just showed there is none after you get to waypoint that gets you into town needed to get to each of the 2 places and that there not to far away too ty for that

But in turn you could just travel to that wayshrine then walk to the respective guild. That’s the point they are making is you can pay the 146 fees anytime anywhere then make a short run just to have another load screen. Chicharron is just wanting to eliminate the 2nd load screen. Anything that cuts down on load screens I am all for. .

I get the dislike for loadscreens i dislike them to but these 2 places don't need waypoints added inside them just gos to far against what the meaning of them are imho

While they're at it, maybe they could make the wayshrine in Maelstrom Arena work for porting out. (Or better yet, remove the cost in gold for porting if you're not at a wayshrine; as one can just port to someone in one of their guilds and it'll put them at a wayshrine, so if anything cutting out that step will reduce some of the load on the servers.)

You can just port to your house, anyway.

Yes, but the point is to cut out unnecessary load screens.

If they are a safe ride (with no guards), the only difference is the extra time taken riding a few feet and then sitting through another load screen.

Yes, but they could have a special wayshrine that they only let certain people use.

Id have to say no to this as well. The Wayshrine then could be easily discovered by someone walking by. It feels more real when I need to walk to the sanctuary. Plus I dont usually have to long of loading times.

I voted no because instead of wayshrines I want both places to have ‘inn style’ rooms for us to own and furnish, and of course housing includes a free port to your house.

Of course. At a very heavy cost.

So my point is extremely valid. Thx for helping to demonstrate that.

There is a Wayshrine right outside the Dark Brah-hood Sanctuary, its like 10 seconds away.

While I sympathise with load screen times, I think some areas are over saturated with Wayshrines, while others (Elswyre Im looking at you) need more. Gold Coast I think is fine.

I guess the disclaimer is that I really dont experience anything like the load screen issues others seem to suffer from. PS4 rules.

You can already escape without any risk of detection via wayshrine.

I do have to say that I've almost never locked up playing PS4 however the one place that consistently locks up is Thieves Den when zoning in.

I'd say no to a wayshrine but I could agree with this idea. You'd have to earn your room, like finishing the quest line. That way only members in "good standing" could port into the guilds.
