I left the game for a couple of years. I stumbled across this house in craglorn the other day and noticed that it will not be part of the black Friday sale!
Is it associated with a particular event that I might have to wait for?

@VampiricByNature Not bound to an event. If you really want it now, I would VERY KINDLY ask the support, they may let you buy it naked (with 0 furnishings in). Mind it's pricy and the little imperial house there is not exactly comfortable, also, last time I checked, there was a sound bug (sound of steps on wooden planks while running on bare stone). I has some potential (see the lava pool at the back of the house). I guess it will return to the crown store sooner or later.
