You gotta love the messages from this game.
Makes you want to hurt/sue someone.
It obviously did NOT connect to the login servers and the validation of userID <-> password failed.
But we are still presented with messages telling us that it's our fault.

Just like the "issues, some player are experiencing". Which everybody experiences... except the players not attempting to play the game, or maybe the devs on their internal server -.-

Something constructive:
It's happening on EU and NA because its related to/rooted in the login servers that we share, I'd assume.

Same issue (PC EU and also tried NA, no joy...), and I do not have the game on Steam.

Now just give me a bit and I'll grab a bucket of popcorn... this'll be fun, with the issue impacting both servers at once.

If the error message of,

"Username or password may be incorrect or inactive at this time"

is actually correct that is a HUGE problem as it would indicate a massive hack or deletion of potentially hundreds or thousands of accounts. More than likely, ZOS (as usual with error messages) is putting the blame on players instead of just saying,

"There is an issue with our login servers. Please contact support or check the forums for more information."

It is amazing.... I wonder if at some point we will have an evening where there won't be heail maries on the forem.... I can't log in, loading screens, group finder..... Now my login is inactive lol it is just too silly
