And just getting message about ‘connection to server timing out’, not ‘unable to recognise user’ one.
I can confirm that logging into the website itself also doesn't work. I caught a brief glimpse of an "Error 500" on the website, then every attempt thereafter ended with "There was a problem processing your request, please try again!"
Would be nice to be able to login to the game and website. Guess we'll wait and see how long it takes to fix it.

I agree. Hubby and I have been subbed every month since July 2014 and have purchased thousands in Crown Packs over the years... our annual renewal is this next January, unless things get better with this game on so many points, we won't be renewing and we won't be purchasing any more crowns packs.

I would think this is actually funny (no one being able to log in and play at all during a special event that gives excellent rewards and experience bonuses), but I pay for this game as an ESO member, so I think it's time for you all to step up and FIX THE PROBLEMS!
