Last night I tried something new. I was riding across Alessia bridge towards Sejanus. Enemies had been pushed back into own territory, so there was me and some other long ranged comrades.

Suddenly my screen froze. Not the still moving bug, none loading screens. But a frozen solid image. It took a minute or so and then BAM - I’m back at the gates to Alessia keep.

Here’s the weird part; I had not been inside the keep throughout that fight. I was roaming the hills and hindering the nightblades? Why was my point on map in front of a gate I had not used for several minutes?

Its been weeks from Harrowstorm + update 25 now and every single day up from 19:00 pm to 00:30 am in PC-EU

Trials are not playable

CP Lock PvP on Gray host isnt playable either, Ravenwatch unplayable as well.

This happens in NA as well but is not nearly as bad. It is clear that this is because of the nature of PC-EU prime time has with all the similar time zones.

Also, is not a matter of server infraestructure since this can happen on NA too.

I think is time to bring back the login queues on EU, at least to help alleviate the problem, if we are not getting a real solution any time soon, that is. I wont mind having to wait a queue if at least I get to play the game after that. And not a frustrating and insulting experience. (Wont even mention all the cash we all probably dropped into ESO over the years to receive this kind of experience and service)

Money making is happening, they're not to be disturbed by your petty problems like not being able to play the game. Players don't have to be happy, they just have to pay. And they do, so everything is going well, why break the silence?

vCoA1 was a slideshow just now. Other players in group complaining about the same thing. My guess is lots of people logging in to stow away all those mats from the anniversary event in the crafting bag while ESO+ is free...

PC-EU obviously but should add I'm not using anything but the basic ingame search tools

Hi @ZOS_GinaBruno

Any investigations on the incredible lags happening in instances (dungeon, raids...) on PC EU this evening?
I am using a VPN allowing me to bypass the lockdown restrictions since a couple of weeks but PC EU seems about to crash (more than 2000 ms ping on a regular basis in dungeons tonight).

1. 1300 ping (screenshot 1)
2. This lag inducts issues in standard game mechanics (as you can see on screenshot 2, the boss is outside her garden which cannot happen!)
3. Which resulted in us unlocking an achievement we should not have gotten in a normal way (sorry i will not translate it from French but it's on screenshot 3)...

I had trouble logging into the game and I am experimenting extremely long loading screens while teleporting to another zone. Does anyone else have the same issue ?

Same here. Got in after 18th attempt to be greeted by endless loading screen. I guess I'll need to go outside now.

I had trouble logging in this late morning (took me several attempsts). I had an infinite loading screen around noon (had the time to do all my dishes and it wasn't yet done, so I closed the game). It took me three attempts with error 108 to log back in now, and on the fourth, I was greeted by a queue followed by an unusually long loading screen... A friend of mine had to try five times to get into the game... Something's definitely going on.

PC EU today (both steam & non-steam) had trouble login attempts ( just like fellow guys ) and also asked couple of guild friends about their latency while theirs are 80-100 and mine is 666-999 . my internet provides was ok both time.

I sincerely hope the issue lies elsewhere, as if they were open to investing in new hardware we would have seen more meaningful performance improvements over the past 3+ years.

One of our dungeon group members can't login atm to ESO. He's a Steam user (purchased after 2016, so he can't login directly via the launcher, he has to go via Steam).

Is that a Steam problem? Would be nice in general to fix this issue. I know you're looking into it atm, but maybe that helps.

Also indeed, the trials are very broken atm. You know that probably, but Cloudrest, Sunspire, Halls of Fabrication...mobs are not doing what they should, in cloudrest you can't bring the orbs in the shadow world into the spear, you die when walking or jumping from the platform in the shadowworlds... high pings, light attacks are not going out...

I don't really know how long our raidgroups will still raid, with this performance it's absolutely horrible.

I have every faith in ZOS' ability to get this issue sorted out in a timely manner.





After-all, the US server is affected as well.

I really wish I am wrong about this.

But in PC-EU Cyrodiil, over the course of the past few months, I've been very consistently kicked from server every time when there were too many players concentrated in any particular area.
This was happening more consistently than clockwork whenever the hammer appeared in primetime, which is why I never bothered to join the hammer zergs - it would mean just a guaranteed disconnect.

I know for a fact that some players are affected by this far more than many others, even if they have otherwise similar quality hardware and internet connection. Maybe geographical location plays a role.
