So in general EU population went to sleep so we can "finish the maintenance".

I think we should get an answer for those questions:
What actions were made to fix it?
What actions were made to prevent such situation in the future?

Because right now based on the past, I think most of us doesn't believe you did anything except of shutting down the server till people will go to sleep.

"We just took the PC EU megaserver offline to continue working on the recent connectivity issues from today, and are working on applying a hotfix. This same hotfix will also be applied to PC NA, but will not require downtime at this time. "

I call this bull...t. Why PC EU required downtime while NA didn't? How on earth you are going to apply a fix to a working server? It's simple: there is no fix, both for NA and EU. EU was just shut down because of reasons I mentioned above. This is not "fix", this is just treating us like idiots, who we obviously are - I even created a thread today to thank you for fixing the undo bug, after over a year, but still - and now this. Sorry but with such approach, it's impossible to stay civil and positive.

You'll get no answers. This thread is 84 pages long and there's no answers. PC-EU still dies more often than any other server, had trader swap issues no other server saw, and still no word on what the problem is and how they intend to fix. As far as I'm concerned I'm not putting one more cent into this game. May it die gracefully, but I predict a few good years of heavy monetisation before they pull the plug on this money printer.

Me and my friends made a character on PC NA today after the EU server went down. Leveled quick to 10 and into cyro. It was amazing, no lag at pop lock. Not even fps drops and absolutely no slideshow or desyncs. Meanwhile the EU server is unplayable every evening...

EDIT: Managed to log in at 4th attempt. Server working flawlessly....

After a *** of ppl disconnectet yesterday and couldnt log in we raided vSS with the remaining 8 guys, and what can i say, it worked like a dream, no bugs, cats had awesome movement, no delays, everything firing instantly.

Make new servers zos and limit the ammounto f ppl. Your megaserver idea is becoming ***.

I can't see the EU announcements at the log in screen so the server isn't responding. It locked up and kicked me out and can't get back in.

My opinion is that the community should take action against this studio clearly incompetent to manage an MMORPG, games have not been afraid to close for a necessary time, but ZOS is afraid to take this action, the game would deserve a closure no matter how long it takes, be it 1 week or several months, to finally allow a STABLE game.

Personally, I would be willing to wait the necessary time for the good of the game and of course for "our good" as a player.

It should not be forgotten that there is a clientele behind it and that everyone deserves this respect : we pay DLC, subscription extensions, but where does the money go???

A performance improvement plan, but for what result? aggravated the bugs then added new ones?
I don't know about you, but when I read the subject for me it wasn't supposed to happen that way...

We're always there to shout, when there's a problem, ok, but sometimes the game goes well and in those moments it's a lot of fun, but unfortunately there are always too much, too many problems to make us lose this "fun" and too often and problems in high doses at the time of vents and new extensions and this for 5 years ...

When will drastic measures be taken at ZOS? once the game is empty? Maybe I'm getting ahead of myself since the "performance improvement plan" is not finished yet, but shouldn't the result be seen since Update 25?

I've had the opportunity to do quite a few MMORPGs and never seen a game as unstable and badly managed as this one, with all that ...

An hour game time:
My skills aren’t firing
When approached by a large group, I’m the sore loser because I can’t fight what I can’t see
Skills aren’t firing
Something’s up with the colors. It seems bland, something has changed
Skills aren’t fired
I had to do the /reloadui, loooooooong loading screen then kicked to login - apparently my file couldn’t be loaded
Now I can’t get back in

Did I mention that my skills aren’t firing? That it’s impossible to fight black holes?

Are someone even reading this at this point or are all focus on the new players, you are ensnaring with your massive social media advertising?

Don’t think it’s getting to the point it stops being accidental and start being sloppy?

They even could resend when it blew up once more. And again. All of 2019 every single moderators could link to the pages of the Eu server, every time they had contact with those who could do something

From the lack of answers, it seems as if it haven’t even crossed their minds

I'm considering to play on PC NA more regularly because of the poor performance of PC EU server...
If it got that bad that I'm now considering to start over on PC NA, you know that PC EU server's condition is worse than ever.
