{Daisy Deathbringer} - Foul necromancer that likes to hang at funerals and graveyards. Mostly plays with the dead, does not deal much death.
{Major Defiler} - Lovely necromancer who likes to study life. Puts the word romance in necromance.
{Cindiana Jones} - Defected Templar. Very deadly in Battlegrounds. Likes to wander around Cyrodill.

Joinovikova✭✭✭✭WTF @ZOS if you are not able to provide acceptable service level its sad ...but okay, BUT please could you remove "...make sure ... internet connection..." and replace it with something like " sorry we are working on it". Really you should have more respect to paying customers.

Have they conceeded that it's inferior EU server hardware or is there some other reason?

There is an explanation: on NA people log in at different times due to different time zones, and on the EU at the same time.1 -
Arrodisia✭✭✭✭✭EU PC is having major issues again. Please, restart the servers or do a maintenance. We have hanging load screens turning into dcs again, delayed invites, notifications, chats, abilities not working. The server is pretty much less responsive today than yesterday.
