I have no doubt they have their top tech guys on it , i suffered from large blacked out areas of buildings textures, terrains.
I opened a ticked and luckily after 4 days i sent them an email with screenshots of the problem , they quickly worked out after only another 3 days that there weren't enough ports open on my router and that lag was causing this issue.
I am therefore extremely , nay supremely confident that we will have state of the art working lag free servers and a balanced well tested gaming environment sometime around the release of Amazon's New World around April or May
Personally i blame the players who do not pay monthly for eso + , by not supporting the game developers we have deprived them of cash with which to upgrade the servers and hire more staff so its our fault really

guilds, guild chat and whispers don't seem to be working.
If you log out and back in again do the guild issues still persist?

Now I just got kicked out, lots of ping.
Probably will cancel membership at the end of the month if things don't improve, I find it unacceptable given this has been such a re-ocurring issue for the past 12 months.
