We are currently investigating issues some players are having logging into the European PC/Mac megaserver. We will update as new information becomes available.

This post should really be an indicator for everything wrong with the EU server. It can't continue like this.

I won´t complain about losing a day in the summerset "celebartion", I won´t complain about losing a daily login reward, BUT I do COMPLAIN about not being able to play when we have prime time, just because you always wreck the game during maintanance............
BAD PERFORMANCE, and no I don´t want another pet for free,
I just wanna play..... sigh

One full hour and still no log in possible. Thanks ZOS. Guess I'll be missing today's tickets along with most European players, gotta love being the most populated server, we see the love from the company for having so many people interested in playing the game.

But they’ve removed the “you forgot to turn the internet on” and “you are already logged in” notices. Now they boot me directly into the void.

Sometimes is hard to understand how a big company like ZOS can be so underwhelming.
I lose 1/2 days monthly for the same login problem.
I wouldnt complain, it's nothing, but how can you have still these problems after 5 years is beyond me.
I work in IT. With this performance I would had been fired already

The fact that makes me cringe is that it always happens when you do the server maintenance routine.
FFS after that servers should be at the top of their performance but no, every time we cant login.

Literally every damn maint turns into completely wasted whole day, and after it same login crap happens over and over!

Unless their infraestructure sucks. IT people can't make miracles after all.

They charge 3000 ****ing Crowns for taking you to the Character creation menu. You'd think that some of that money would go towards better servers.
