Hey there, We have removed a few posts from this thread that were bashing and baiting. We understand you are all frustrated at this situation but please keep the Forum Rulesin mind when posting.

It should not surprise you that people are frustrated. For years we, your customers, have been telling you that stuffing 2/3 of the world onto one single server just *might* not be the best idea. You've ignored us. You expect your costumers to keep nodding and smiling happily whenever the servers crash, because they can't handle the influx. That's like asking a customer to keep smiling and giving you money despite the fact that you keep bashing his toes with your hammer instead of banging the nail into the wall, where it belongs.
Look at your forums. There's so much frustration here. With the servers. With the lags. With the performance. With housing. With pvp. With pretty much everything.
And all we get from ZOS are censored posts, a few meaninless platitudes and a well hidden middle finger.

And you wonder why we snark and bash in our posts... >.>

While I have some sympathy for ZOS as I work with complex computer systems, I also have a level of astonishment that these issues recur with such monotonous frequency.

Had I delivered customer service affecting patches as often as ZOS I would be unemployed! It makes me wonder about their QA and their service delivery teams and don't get me started on integration testing. I can't see how these kinds of FUBAR situations happen so often. Surely they do PIRs and get to the bottom of why they fail?

    @ZOS_RyanM

    Dear Moderator!

Rather than spending your time (you as well as your colleagues and superiors) to remove what bothers you, why ZOS does not seek used the great means on the game and especially THE SERVERS to eradicate the recurring problems mainly encountered on the EU side, instead of letting people here constantly complain about the same problems since the existence of gambling?

For a studio with such a statue, it's unthinkable to always see so many problems, especially when the means are certainly not lacking, between abo, extensions/DLC, game shop and goodies, don't make us believe that it's about money and even less about pandemic because the covid hasn't been here for 5 years!

For once wouldn't it be finally possible to have a real communication between devs and players because a forum is also used for that not only to post ads and basta !!!

Basically the players are there to ask for a decent service that they don't invest in in order to denigrate or anything else (except if the people in charge do everything to make it happen) they are there because they want everything to go well on their favorite game !!!

For once try to have this optic, because it's urgent!

Sincerely, a fan of Elder Scrolls Online !!!

    original texte :

Very likely, but their strategy is idiotic, because if a new player will soon see the recurring problems that the game encounters, there is also the strong possibility that he will join 1 to several guilds or the members of the latter, by a simple slide-and-slide discussion evoking the problems of TESO in complete freedom and even social networks like Discord or Facebook etc. easily allows you to be informed of everything that happens on a game.

Before anyone considers that cancelling their subscription is in any way a meaningful protest, please think again:
ZENIMAX MEDIA Revenue, Growth & Competitor Profile
    Revenue: Over $500 million
"So, drinking is a sacrament to Y'ffre... because it's his way of reminding us not to take things too seriously... You know how the other Elves are. Altmer have their crystal towers, and that's how they want to be — cold and perfect. And Dunmer are just like their Red Mountain — smouldering and dark. We just want to have a drink and not worry about it."

Lol. Paying for subscription not a form of protest or acceptance. You like product, you pay for it, you don't like product, you don't pay for it. Just simple as that. :D

Indeed. I'm just suggesting that when folk threaten to unsubscribe to make their point, they're farting against thunder.

So what, we all know what happend with FO76, they lost those fans for good, now they will do the same with ESO.

Titanic was also considered. "unsinkable" but it hit the bottom hard at the end. And they are navigating in that direction for sure.

I spent a couple of hours in Stonefalls. There seems to be something off with sound. Characters that aren’t moving while speaking. Music from the tavern can be heard through walls. Once my weapons disappeared, had to /reloadui.

Waiting for more campaigns. Last year we didn’t even get started? Yesterday should only be a reboot, turned into 12 hours shutdown. I’m writing this in a 106 page thread, with thousands of comments regarding the Eu-server.

I work with branding. The one thing global companies should fear like nothing else, is the mouth to mouth bad rating of a product. It can spread like wildfire, causing massive damage to a image that possibly have taken years to build.

Actually I don't know what happened with FO76. But with profit margins like those published, do you really think they or their shareholders care that they lost the fans you mentioned? I certainly believe that customer loyalty should count, but I don't think that corporations share that belief.

They were trying to give away it for free just to get somebody to play it. And they were sued in Australia and had to return money to unsatisfied customers. It was so funny https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kjyeCdd-dl8

Unable to connect to game server, please make sure you have a valid internet connection.
That is for toon which was kicked from Cyro (and he is still there).
To another characters (in PVE) I somehow can connect.

Can we at least have honest message? Something like "PVP server overloaded, plz try to connect later".

I know this is wishful thinking but I'm hoping the reason the EU server maintenance is an extra 2 hours longer then the NA server maintenance is because they are finally upgrading the server.

One can only hope, but I think I'm getting ahead of myself now.

It is probably to factor in the usual initial crash on reboot that we see with monotonous regularity.

They know it will happen, so it is best to include it in the ETA.
