It should not surprise you that people are frustrated. For years we, your customers, have been telling you that stuffing 2/3 of the world onto one single server just *might* not be the best idea. You've ignored us. You expect your costumers to keep nodding and smiling happily whenever the servers crash, because they can't handle the influx. That's like asking a customer to keep smiling and giving you money despite the fact that you keep bashing his toes with your hammer instead of banging the nail into the wall, where it belongs.
Look at your forums. There's so much frustration here. With the servers. With the lags. With the performance. With housing. With pvp. With pretty much everything.
And all we get from ZOS are censored posts, a few meaninless platitudes and a well hidden middle finger.
And you wonder why we snark and bash in our posts... >.>

Before anyone considers that cancelling their subscription is in any way a meaningful protest, please think again:
ZENIMAX MEDIA Revenue, Growth & Competitor Profile
Revenue: Over $500 million
Indeed. I'm just suggesting that when folk threaten to unsubscribe to make their point, they're farting against thunder.Lol. Paying for subscription not a form of protest or acceptance. You like product, you pay for it, you don't like product, you don't pay for it. Just simple as that.

Actually I don't know what happened with FO76. But with profit margins like those published, do you really think they or their shareholders care that they lost the fans you mentioned? I certainly believe that customer loyalty should count, but I don't think that corporations share that belief.RefLiberty wrote: »So what, we all know what happend with FO76, they lost those fans for good, now they will do the same with ESO.
Titanic was also considered. "unsinkable" but it hit the bottom hard at the end. And they are navigating in that direction for sure.

They were trying to give away it for free just to get somebody to play it. And they were sued in Australia and had to return money to unsatisfied customers. It was so funny https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kjyeCdd-dl8

yes, and we all know what happens to the server when it gets online right before or during primetime.

I know this is wishful thinking but I'm hoping the reason the EU server maintenance is an extra 2 hours longer then the NA server maintenance is because they are finally upgrading the server.
One can only hope, but I think I'm getting ahead of myself now.
Could we really be getting new hamster's? 🐹 🐹
