Didn't they also mention that they were going to be "looking at content" to identify if it needs updating based on these new changes? I can't recall where I saw this, but I thought the idea was that they were going to see how the new trials played out with these changes and potentially adjust them if needed (which in my mind meant if the content was too hard after these nerfs then the content was going to be modified to make it easier to complete).0 -

They did say this in the PTS cycle for Update 23 after they made the major healing changes.
There were some concerns that vHoF HM, vSS Lokke HM were going to become impossible to complete, as they were a heal check.
Those concerns turned out to be unwarranted with the additional changes that were made through that PTS cycle, and I know plenty of groups who have completed both with little to no issues this patch (my group being one of them that has done both)
All the DPS that I've talked to have said that the "nerfs" are going to simply return DPS to what is was when Elsweyr dropped, so back 1 patch. Where people were still completing the content, so they will still be able to complete the content. My team partly even struggles with the Bosses on HM generally as ESO thinks it is a good idea to give our Tanks and Healers a CE every time we hit the Execute.🤷♀️1 -

On consoles we can just know our buffs/debuffs and how long they last.
I wish all of these, at least, were available for all the players:
- Gear layouts
- Auto refill uncharged weapons
- Auto repair damaged gear
I'm on PC, and I don't use any of that. I mean, I don't use Dressing Room, or that addon that autorecharges.0 -

The OP has previously asked for all combat-related addons to be banned, and despite the fact that it was explained multiple times on that thread that addons don't do rotations or light attacks for players - anything that does is a macro, which is cheating - apparently persists in this belief.

PC has:
A. mods for entire gear layouts
B. Mods for telling mechanics before they happen
C. action duration reminder mods
D. mods that do half their rotation for them
One of these things is not an add-on at all; it's a cheat, and breaking the TOS. The other three are addons totally permitted by ZOS.
Also, ADR is a single addon, it's not like that's a suite of some kind. Unless they're also talking about stuff like Grim Focus Counter, but that's an entirely different animal.
And of course, Raid Notifier doesn't really warn you about mechanics before they happen, it warns you about mechanics when their callouts start, before you get turned to paste. The only advantage is that it makes it easier to parse that out of the background noise.1 -

PS5 is P2W.From what I've heard, the main reason console will most likely never see a Godslayer is due to the poor performance and not because of the absent of convenient add-ons (complaining about add-ons is getting quite pathetic at this point).
And number of PC players with the godslayer title is limited to an extreme degree.
Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.0 -

✭Add-ons are really not the problem. I am more jealous that PC have less bugs. vHoF second boss split mechanic has been broken for almost a year. vSS adds are invisible and doing damage. vMol vashi adds takes ages to spawn... But yeah add-ons are the reason for no godslayer...-Immortal Redeemer-

Don't forget the Savages in Vmol and general Add Spawns there aswell. Or VAS randomly bugging out with the Boss doing no Animations, jumping too often blabla.😂1 -

..and by the way..I'm pretty sure some of them could get GS without addons, slot a lokke 2h + tzogvin on body for the whole trial, have a decent time in trash fights, get 3 ppl to swap the 2h for a bow on last boss and slot spiders/boneyard for synergies. It's not going to be easy, but they could do it. A group that can do around 24 min Godslayer can surely do a 30 min no death run using only one setup for the whole trial.
..but ofc that doesn't count cause eVerYbODY on PC is using a macro for their rotation and an addon to play for them and aNimatiOn canCelLinG iS ChEAting lmao. Console excuses getting better every day.

Compared to the 1 group that has the title between both console populations. The game isn't balanced for console performance, and thus it is generally impossible (I say generally because again there is 1 group) to achieve this title for 99% of console players. We shouldn't bring PC down by taking their Add-ons etc, but at the same time console players should not be punished for playing on consoles. Let's be honest. With less than 100 people, world wide, clearing this, it's not basically impossible for 99% of players to clear, it is impossible for them. Not because of any platform advantages or disadvantages, but because it really is that damn hard.4 -

My guild on pc already have this title with out the crutch of add ons.
I went to PS last december now im at 577cp. The performance in trials, dungeons and cyrodiil is horrendous compared to PC. Not having addons on playstation doesnt bother me, but then again if addons were available to consloe they probably wouldnt work like the rest of the game.
