yay for you EU guys, sounds like they might try and fix you. Me being it seems the only NA person with this issue stays screwed.

I am on PC NA and I can say that sound advice today is to stay in Elsweyr overland. Wayshrines seem to be offline, so best to transit via foot and horse. Those dragons have come up with a new way to win!

Edit: especially since there are not yet any plans to reboot PC NA.

On PC/NA, getting a lot of infinite load screens (especially for Esweyr, Vivec City, and player houses) and then Error 301 when trying to relog.

Even ZoS knows people from EU servers are playing at the NA now. NA has way better server stability.

@ZOS_GinaBruno Not to be overly obtuse, but why is it always PC-EU that gets these server issue, while NA goes free? Does the EU playerbase not deserve as stable a server and smooth an experience as our friends over at NA? Do we not contribute with money to your company as well?

At this time there have been dozens and dozens of examples of stability issues, login issues and whatnot that pretty much only happens on EU server. It's exceedingly easy to feel like a second rate customer to your company at this point, something that's merely an appendix or an afterthought to your "real" server, which is obviously NA.

I highly suggest looking into why you always run into these issues on EU side, and whether it is possible to alleviate some of these issues in the future. It's not as if we Europeans don't have other choices of games or services to use our time and money on.

First, EU has more people and is more concentrated time-wise. I play on both NA and EU, and this is pretty clear--EU primetime is more crowded than NA primetime, and EU off-hours are quieter than NA off-hours. So this covers the EU problems that are load-related, and EU definitely has more of these issues than NA.

For the problems that are not load related (my guess is that there is some kind of hardware fault with this most recent problem), both NA and EU have had a relatively equal share. For you, it seems like that EU has more of these problems as well, but that's just observational bias: you're more likely to notice--and remember--problems when they affect you. NA has had its fair share of issues too. In fact, that's how I started playing on EU, when one night during primetime, NA went belly-up and only EU was accessible...

PC NA Steam: I just got caught in an infinite loading screen as I tried using a shrine to port from Northern Elsweyr to Reaper's March. This is the second time this has happened to me today so I'm not sure if this is on my end or if others in PC NA are having problems as well.

I do hope the PC EU server is working fine now.

I would like to blame this on confirmation bias as well, but that's simply not true. The amount of downtime on EU compared to NA is not the same. Every time servers die during events, it has been EU not NA. It has happened at least twice in major events (and several times outside event as well). Every time maintenance is extended due to some "unforseen error" it has been EU. Never have I seen it happen on NA and not happening on EU at the same time.
Heck, even PTS is highly skewed towards NA, you guys get the first time on the PTS and the most time on the PTS, and this cycle, when EU characters were supposed to be copied to the PTS, it didn't happen due to some "unforseen error". This is just the latest in a long, long, long line of EU server being treated as an appendix.
I mean, the evidence is all there if you go back and see the "woopsie" posts by Gina and the team whenever something goes wrong on the EU server. I'm not gonna bother finding them all and compiling them just for this.

I also recall that guy a while back who bumped like 30+ "EU server has issues/is dying/crashing" threads here on the forum, until a mod locked them all. Why is it that a guy can easily find 30+ threads of recent date that all complain about EU instability and issues, when there's not even remotely the same amount of complaint threads dedicated solely to NA server.
I'm not trying to make this into a NA vs EU server competition. I would just like ZOS to acknowledge that their EU playerbase have been getting the very short end of the stick for a good long while now, and we would like to think that our Euros and national currencies count for the same value as the Dollars spent overseas, and would provide us with approximately the same player experience as those who log on the NA server.

Seems worse in Elsweyr, but problems abound everywhere since yesterday. I hold my breath when I try to port anywhere, and almost half the time I get stuck. Typically takes me several tries to log in. I have no idea what you guys did, but seems to be spreading - yesterday it seemed I was the only one having these problems. I have a ticket in but no reply / no response.

It was such a nice event and the gifts were great! Then this....

It is now bordering on unusable at times.
