Elsweyr Loading screeeeeeeeeeeeeens

Toanis✭✭✭✭✭After about 15 minutes "requesting character load" I actually got in game. Going to kill one more dragon for the dailies (no wayshrines) and then quickly leave Elsweyr.

ZOS introduced zone-locked exp bonus that works only in Elsweyr.
ALL who own Elsweyr went there to grind their alts to max level. Elsweyr is basically overpopulated. As a result, servers are getting hiccups. And lags & loading screens seems to be affecting not only Elsweyr.
I just entered to one of my base game houses, from a base game zone and had 2 min loading screen...

✭unfortunately i left all my characters on Elsweyr, so i'm no longer able to load any of my characters. it would be great if we could pick another zone before launching a character. i don't mind to not play today on Elsweyr but i'd really like to be able to play.

✭it's impossible to launch a character on PC EU.
i always get Error 308 after a long time loading.
